I ordered a cappuccino with an extra shot of espresso and vanilla. I was given a regular cappuccino after waiting for more than the normal wait time at a drive thru. Luckily I tasted the drink and asked them to repeat my order. They had not added both the shots for which I had already paid.

The guy didn’t even wait for me to finish and shut the window.

He came back and I said you should have made me a new one because you got rid of the foam when you added the extra stuff. He asked me if I had paid for “espresso foam”?? I was caught off guard and told him that I paid for a cappuccino which comes with FOAM. I do not have to pay extra for that too.

I requested he make the drink again properly. At the same time I was feeling uncomfortable because I didn’t trust him to be safe with my beverage.

After the longest wait at a drive thru I was handed a drink which again was not what I had ordered. It only had vanilla added and tasted like a French vanilla.

I was already late for an appointment and wasn’t going to hand back the drink again.

I recommend they receive customer service training because they treat their customers poorly and with attitude highly unprofessional. They got my order wrong yet proceeded to question me as if I was lying and were in utter disbelief about it. I ordered a Lrg. Steeped tea, a medium coffee and 2 double toasted bagels with cream cheese. I received a Lrg coffee while on the lid read st for steeped tea and a medium tea instead. The bagels barely had cream cheese and was not double toasted. When I returned through the drive thru I was polite ,however not only was the lady ill-mannered towards meit took forever to reach the window. She asked for the bag back and snatched it out of my hand opened it with dirty gloves and said what's wrong with this there's cream cheese on it and proceeded as if my order was correct. Furthermore, she also snatched the drinks out of my hands and I received the new ones as she stormed off and left the window.
