Update August 16, 2022: I went for a late lunch at 1:45pm. I was not in a hurry and dining alone. I expected to be greeted at my table once I was sat down by the hostess. It was almost 10 minutes before someone came to ask if I wanted something to drink. I ordered both my drink and food at that time. The food was eventually brought. I had ordered a French onion soup, which I really love there, and the girl didnāt bring me a spoon to eat it with. She stated she would go get one and never returned ever! I got up and asked the hostess if she could get me a spoon and told her that the girl never returned with it which left me sitting there with soup getting cold and nothing with which to eat it. The waitress (another one) brought me the spoon and I said that no one brought it for me and she said āthatās okayā and I stated actually itās not because I had nothing to eat with and she walked away as I was speaking. No one came and checked on me to see how my lunch was doing. No one came to bring me the bill either. I again went to the hostess station and asked for the bill. I expressed my disappointment in the lack of service. She got my waitress who brought the machine when I asked for it. I go to this place weekly and have for the last few months due to the convenience of the location and the homemade food. I will NEVER return after this experience. I spent an entire hour not being served and not being treated as a valued customer at all. I do not recommend this place. They need to get organized with their staff. They were all over the place and didnāt appear to have any direction whatsoever. I understand working as a team but this was not happening here either. I wanted to ask to speak with the manager but it didnāt appear there was one present.
Good homemade food. Everything is made to order so itās best to give yourself some time to have your meal. I find it best to go at 1-1:30 to arrive after the...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThree in our party for lunch. After waiting at the door for a few minutes, my colleague asked a passing waitress if we had to seat ourselves. After she guffawed and said NO! We were seated fairly quickly after that and our orders were taken . We ordered Asiago chicken, buffalo chicken wrap with a salad,, small perch dinner with a salad. Our food didnā arrive at our table until FIFTY FIVE minutes later! The food was mediocre at best. No where near worth the wait. Our waitress never returned to let us know the food would be late, or to ask if we wanted drink top ups. The place was full but not crazy busy. This has been my experience over and over at this place since it opened. You never know what to expect with the staff, whether theyāre going to be attentive or not. Depends if you get the right server. Food is not bad, but like I said not worth a 50+ minute wait, especially if youāre wanting to pop in for a quick lunch. Parking is limited because itās a small strip mall with a few other fast food places and businesses. We could not find a spot, so we had to park at the mall next door and walk across the parking lot. I only went because a colleague invited my wife and I for lunch. I warned her about the moody staff, long wait and difficult parking, but she wanted to give them another chance. In my opinion it was bad. If youāre looking for half descent service with half descent food, with a half descent wait, go somewhere else! Or take your chances and go during off hours. Prices arenāt terribly bad, but the place is...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWent there for dinner today and while the food was excellent our waitress was absolutely horrible. From the go she seemed annoyed to be having to serve us and didn't really come check on us. My husband had to go up to the bar to ask for his pop to be replaced because it was flat and she was no where to be found. The final staw was at the end after requesting the bill I let her know my only issue with the meal is that my strawberry daiquiri was not what I would call a daiquiri, is it was liquid, they call it puree but it def wasn't that, over ice (this is not stated on the menu) in a small glass. A daiquiri shoukd have the same consistency as a slushie and this was no where close. She got very defensive and would not let me speak and ripped the bill back and was like I will remove it. I had no issue paying for the drink as I drank it and it was good, I was just trying to tell her that it was in no way shape or form a daiquiri and they just may want to change what they are calling the drink but she wouldn't listen and kept talking over me. My father who is in his late 70's was just trying to be helpful and showed her a pic of what one should look like and she snapped back "I know what a they look like". If that's the case then you know what you served me was def not one. To the waitress that served us, you're in the service industry and at no time we're we rude to you and from the go you did not seem to want to do your job so maybe find...
