Doh! This used to be my absolutely favourite burger place. $6.99 for a 6oz cheddar burger was a ridiculously good deal on a beautiful burger. Then the place got sold and burgers went to a very reasonable $7.99. They are easily worth $8.99. They are currently on sale for $5.99 and are now 4oz. However, something else happened. The meat changed and not for the better. It is now mushy and, I think, full of filler. The burger has a middle east taste that is not a good mix and there is absolutely zero beef flavour (and I eat Middle Eastern food 3-4 times a week). As with almost all restaurants in London, the tables are also super FILTHY!

Thus, this is now my absolute least favourite burger place and that makes me sad. If the owners read this, take out the flavouring and filler. Beef and maybe an egg to keep it together, ONLY. Your ingredients could look fresher and better too, especially do not show anything but pink patties. Charge more, if you must but something tells me you are wondering why business has slowed. I would not eat another $5.99 special for free. You goofed up so fix it quick. Charge $8.99 and make the burger freaking legendary. Maybe charge extra for cheese but have 2-3 different kinds. Raise the price later to $9.99. Smash burgers are the way. Make sure you have bacon, even if it is beef or turkey bacon. You MUST offer a bacon.Maybe add poutine to the menu. I'm disappointed and disatfisfed with the food being served here now with the new owners. Looks like they've opted for cheaper quality food replacing the food the previous owner had while keeping the same menu same names to decive customers. Well I have been a customer since the business opened buying food at least twice a week there. Now I'm never returning, I refuse to spend money on food I can make better at home for cheaper. The place also doesn't look as clean as it used to, there was boxes of unopened fries just sitting on the floor infront of the freezer too. A woman was slicing mashrooms in the back no apron on no gloves, hello cross contamination. So disappointed it was such a greatplace that's turned into a disappointment within such short period of time.

I loved going here 2 to 4 times a week when the previous owner owned it. I went yesterday and ordered two chicken zingers I asked if they were the same as with the previous owner, I was told yes. The price was higher too, when I got home I find that it is not the same chicken zinger. The burger was very small hard as a rock and dry as wood not the big juicy burger the previous owner served, the new owners cheapened out & got low quality food with higher prices. I make juicier burgers at home that buy off Walmart shelf 8 burgers for $10 lol. What a cop out so disappointed. Just the fries was the same for now until they change that too. Why ruin or change something that was working, why try to fix what's not broken?
