By far one of the most disrespectful establishments ive ever encountered to date. “Boneless” wings are the only thing i enjoy because i am picky about bones and they have the only barbeque sauce I like. But I ordered from them recently and they sent me wings with bone in along with boneless I assume trying to make it 1 pound because it was around closing. By the time I actually ate the wings and came to realize some had bones in them it was too late to call so I called them in the morning I spoke to someone who claim to be the manager and they had told me, no I think you’re mistaken. But I do apologize and we will send you wings as soon as we get driver and mind you I had called at 11 AM-ish and they told me nobody would be there to deliver until 4 PM so I said OK and went about my day and it happened to be New Year’s so I was busy and I forgot about it by the time I remembered I realized they closed early . I had called them this morning at about 3 PM or 3:30 PM when they open and then I talk to someone who asked me my phone number and then They had told me there’s no order history under this number so I told them again my address and all and to call bac they had told me there’s no order history under this number so I told them again my address. They told me that they didn’t know what they were doing and they will talk to the manager when the manager is in so I asked what time and they told me 8 PM so I called again at 8:15 PM Just to be yelled at , disrespected and cut off while speaking And told that I’m lying aswell as hung up on and that there was a note on the file under my number saying do not send her food she’s a liar to get free food , this is the first time I’ve called to complain and I order quite often from them so there’s no reason I couldn’t just pay to get more wings. At this point I don’t care for the wings I care about the disrespect I was shown I will never order from here again.not to mention when i had ordered boned wings for my boyfriend they came with feathers and little hairs still attached and i never called to complain....
Read moreA wild encounter on a random Tuesday night. Had some friends over, and they were hoping to get wings. I went on the ring-a-wing website to order (9:40pm) and pre-paid with tip. 1 hour goes by, nothing. We call at about 10:55pm wondering where the order is, they tell us 5 - 8 minutes WITHOUT VERIFYING WHO WE ARE/ WHICH ORDER IS OURS. We say sure, you have until then otherwise we'd like a refund since we never received the food. Young man seems to understand this. 30 more minutes go by, we call back - understandably hangry at this point, and just ask where our order is and if they haven't started it - to not bother and provide us with a refund. They then ADMIT they completely missed our order and MULTIPLE OTHERS. They then proceed to doxx multiple other orders instead of just asking our order name/ number/ address. We asked for a refund MULTIPLE times since we never received the food/ it was never even made they admitted. Finally, after the young man attempted to go back and forth with us, it seems he understood to some degree, but still genuinely not sure if we'll ever receive our refund even though he said they would. If we dont receive this, we'll be reporting you to the BBB, and let any londoner we know that you scam your customers. I'll be checking to make sure you give us our refund in full and will edit this once I know it's received. Shame on you Ring-A-Wing....
Read moreI had heard good things about the wings here and decided I would give them a shot. I set up an online delivery order on a Sunday evening, so was expecting longer than normal delivery times... Just over an hour passes after I made my order, so I called and politely asked how my order was doing. The gentleman on the other end was extremely rude, almost as if I was inconveniencing him by calling. He rudely responds with 'we're working on it', so I asked around what time does he expect it to be ready, which he responds with '10-15 mins'. Another hour passes... At this point, I'm starting to really get hangry, so I call again. I got the same gentleman, who seemed even more annoyed this time, and he says in a very agitated tone 'it's on the way'. I happen to live about 5 minutes drive from the restaurant, so when another 20 minutes pass, I begin to question whether or not my food is actually on the way... So I call again.. Same guy.. At this point I made it quite clear my patience had run out. He then informs me that their online ordering service was down, and they never received my order.... I called 3 times and even was told it was on the way, why the hell didn't this guy tell me this information from the beginning?
This had to have been the most frustrating experience I've ever had with any...
