Totally horrible experience. I never posts much reviews but I had to do this. I went there with my friends. I went to washroom first as my friend was ordering drinks. I came out of washroom an employee male Caucasian said "washroom is only for guests". I told him that I am guest too and didn't think much as to why he said to me only as there was a huge line up with mostly Caucasian females. We had to go back in to friend our friend and we witness same employee was saying same words to another Indian family standing there. My friend had to intervene and ask why is he being so racist. He said "don't speak with me" and kept on saying it and giving us death stare. If you have to audacity to say something to people then you should hear too. I’m honestly beyond annoyed at this Tim Hortons in the last few months. They are constantly getting orders wrong or forgetting items in the order. Or arguing in the drivethru when I’ve told them they’ve gotten the order wrong.

But today was beyond. They got my entire order wrong and one of the breakfast sandwhiches for my toddler had a giant piece of egg shell in it I understand a tiny piece you can’t see but this is crazy. This quality control is absolutely unacceptable. That could have cut his throat. Whatever you’ve done for staff changes in the last few months in the mornings need to change. This is my closest Tim’s and I’ll skip this Tim’s now and go to Jarvis. This needs to be fixed. Your level of customer service and quality control is...
