Lviv Castle in Southside Louies Building — Restaurant in Ontario

Worst place I’ve ever eaten, visited Lviv Castle on Friday the 13th with my partner and his father, waited in line for about an hour and a half to order 3 burgers and some pop. They weren’t prepared at all, they had one server who would just run around trying to figure out who got what, then the cashier started to hand out some food. We ordered at 2:35ish and had to go up to ask where our food was multiple times. The cashier finally brought a burger to our table at around 3:37 while holding two and only gave us one. I ate that one the second it came out and it was cold , my partner went up AGAIN to see where the rest was, finally got another burger about 15-20 minutes later, he ate it right away and it was cold too , at 4:16 we were still waiting on the last burger to come out after asking where it was after asking 20 minutes beforehand . Each time we had to go up multiple times to see where it was and each time it was eaten right away and it was all cold. Paid over $60 for something that would’ve tasted better from anywhere else, arrived hot and within a reasonable time, this place should stick to selling alcohol and get rid of the menu, within that whole time their “band” only played music on an amp as loud as physically possible repeating the same songs over and over until the last 30 minutes we were there when they finally started to play something (also as loud and obnoxious as possible) and the two songs we stayed for were just songs that were already released by other bands, by the time we finally managed to get out of there that’s when they announced they were going to be playing an original but we left before the song started. I’ll never understand why they even serve food or why they have a band when they take hours to even...

Service was great. Our server was Jen (according to our receipt). She was fast and polite and when we needed more sauce for our wings, it wasn't a problem. One kid had the kids pasta with alfredo sauce. It was a small serving, could have been a little bigger but at least he finished it. It did come out with green flakes on it which I had to pick off. Note to chef... kids don't want anything green on their pasta, please stop that. Fries and poppers were fantastic!!! Best fries we've had in awhile. The wings were double cooked. Meaning they were cooked previously then warmed up. At least that's the way they taste. I really think if they cooked them fresh, they would be amazingly great. The wings are the reason for only 4 stars. 3 of us had them. 2 of us enjoyed them but the wing "connoisseur" in our group did not. We will be back to try the wings again, I will change my review after our next visit if the wings...

Server vocalized to the bar when our table didn't leave a tip. Were told to leave as they were closing up for the night on a Tuesday and then watched the waitress crack open 2-3 more beers for regulars sitting at the bar (we were at a table inside). Left a hoodie accidentally which was not there the next day, despite the bar being closed with only 3 regulars inside when we left!

I will give props though to the lady working on Friday afternoon as she provided amazing service to us which accounts for the 2 stars instead of 1. She handled the situation of 2 skunky bud lights with amazing class and customer focus. With more of her and less of the one on Tuesday night, this place...
