Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Ontario

I sent a friend to pick up a breakfast sandwich and a drink for me. Everything was written down on a piece of paper. My writing is neat and legible.

I asked for a french vanilla with 1/4 coffee. The numbers were clearly written. I asked for a bacon & egg breakfast sandwich with cheddar substituted. Double toasted written in BOLD.

I get my with drink 1/2 coffee written clearly on the lid. It tastes like more than half coffee. I get my breakfast sandwich doughy and under toasted. The cheese hasn’t even melted.

Maybe the server thought “I didn’t know what I wanted” and adjusted accordingly.

I do know I’ve worked enough years at Timmies to know that when it’s busy speeding up the toaster might move the line a little faster but it also pi#*@! Off the regular customers who don’t get what they ordered. I had to toast the sandwich at home - but it never...

This particular location is always slow at serving indoor counter customers. Even when it's a simple order such as coffee can take a while. Though all Tim Horton's are usually slower at serving in restaurant clients, this particular location is by far slower than the others.

May it be due to staffing related issues, work ethics on the behalf of the employees, lack of training and/or motivation from the management this is definitely affecting this locations profits.

I am curious to know what is being done to addess the issue. I can't understand how 5 cars could go by if the same level of service was applied to...

I always use this Tim Horton's location, staff is really friendly, but recently in the past couple of weeks they just don't understand or care when you place an order. I have asked three times this week for a toasted breakfast sandwich and unfortunately I received a non toasted sandwich instead (not to tasty). This morning I asked for a double toasted breakfast sandwich and low and behold I received a non toasted sandwich. Why bother asking for something when you know their not listening.
