Napoleon Delicatessen — Restaurant in Ontario

We have ordered in the past but tonight we received unacceptable attitude from one of your employees who claims to be the owner's daughter. We ask for extra ingredients on the chef salad and have always happily paid extra for them, since we found them to be good most of the time. This person who claims to be the owner's daughter, was giving attitude to my daughter on the phone that we could hear, and TOLD us that we COULDN'T have the order with the extra ingredients. We tried to explain that we have ordered the same thing over and over without ANY ISSUES but she said we must have ordered from someone else. We have in the past only ordered from this restaurant and it has always been the same order. I challenge the owner of this restaurant to phone me back with a plausible explanation for the woman's behaviour on the phone tonight. I am/WAS a steady customer of this restaurant, and we did give our address and phone number to the "girl" working so you have the number to call us back. As it stands right now, i will be sharing this story with EVERYONE I know. I am so upset at the treatment this person gave my family tonight. Have had pizza from here a couple of times now, and I love my 'za. Napoleon's pizza is amazing. I wish I lived closer to the restaurant. There may be some hiccups that customers have to be patient with, like with closing times and such, but their pizza is made with wonderful TLC, generous and fresh toppings. The last time I was there, I dined in, and had wonderful conversations with the staff - great people who do good by their customer.

The All-Dressed pizza is fantastic.

Cannot recommend this place enough. If there's a restaurant where customer's can appreciate the old adage, "Patience is a virtue." - it's Napolean's. Ignore the negative reviews, especially the ones about timing.

If you're looking for a truly great pizza and have the patience (a lost skill, apparently) to wait a few extra minutes or come in early (before posted closing times), you will be rewarded with high quality. Definitely coming back.

Thanks again to the staff for taking the time to warm up the cheesecake slice I ordered for dessert - it was delicious.

We often order from here, but its hit or miss. There's no consistency, tonight they had onions and green pepper in the rice, and it was mushy and quite a bit oil from the rice left in the take out dish, you don't normally add that to your rice.Sometimes the buns have so much seasoning it's unedible and other times there's hardly any. They also serve their salad with the hot food which makes the salad very warm and floppy. That's pretty gross, a warm Greek salad. I used to get it delivered separately , but last time i asked they said they cant do it. Please, if you are reading this Napoleon, stay consistent and deliver quality. Someone is running that business down the drain. The rice sucked...again, salad is not served hot and this time the pork souvlaki was a lil under cooked.
