This timmies location.. man oh man. So we placed a large order here after visiting Sandbanks beach..first I asked for potatoe wedges! They said they do not have any, I said okay no problem, then my sons dad asks for potatoe wedges! The girl then said “oh we have potatoe wedges but you will have to wait 15 minutes.. we said okay.. my son ordered a spicy chicken wrap! She said they do not have spicy chicken, only classic.. we said okay that’s fine. We paid the bill and sat to wait.. 20 minutes later everyone has their food except my son! Where’s his wrap? My son went to ask them where his wrap is! They brushed him off. I went up and asked where my sons wrap is, the girl said she “didn’t write it but she can make it”.. i waited for a little while only to realize she wasn’t making the wrap! I then asked my sons dad to go ask the girl about the wrap, she said the same thing to him as she did to me but the difference is, less than 5 minutes after he asked her the wrap appeared on the counter. The timmies is clean, I would recommend this location if you’re driving by.. but honestly my overall experience here was wack.. my son sat there waiting for his wrap while we ate.. if my sons dad wasn’t there to ask the girl about the wrap we would have been sitting here for ten days waiting for her to figure out how to make the wrap and...

I asked for a refund because what I ordered and what was provided to me were two different things, and I was shorted almost five dollars. I had to make a big stink about it and the staff member assured me that they were correct. A supervisor came and corrected it.
Watch your money at this place. They just hire anyone to handle money and they don't even know basic math.
The cash register was left open the entire time this happened. She walked away several times and left the register open.
What it really felt like is that this person was trying to tip themselves extra money because they don't feel like they get paid enough, so they're trying to scam everyone.
I went down the street to the Mcdonald's and they assumed my change was theirs to keep.
I understand that you have to hire someone but if you keep hiring these people and your customers feel like they have to fight to get their money back, were just going to stop coming there.
If they don't speak English, they don't know math, they dont know our currency and they're stealing... they're just bad employees. Maybe they need more training and maybe they need to understand that it's not customary to steal...

Ordered a farmers wrap with no egg. Lady taking the order became irate and told me they can't do that. After trying to politely explain that there's a button to press for no egg, as I've seen it done across dozens of Tim Hortons for this order, she held her ground. Can't do no egg. Okay..
So I tried to order a sausage biscuit and added stuff to it, or at least tried to. She began hammering the buttons with her finger. No exaggeration, we're talking Bruce Lee one-inch punches but with her finger tip.
Now, I outweighed her by about 150lbs but at this point I'm thinking my survival is at stake so I meekly take my order and leave. Order is mangled. Got some kind of wrap with eggs and there was something wrong with the egg. It almost appeared rotten and had a pungent smell which is odd considering how the eggs are prepared. Had to throw out the wrap.
Probably the 3rd out of the last 5 orders I've had here significantly messed up. Check your order...
