Quite a bit disappointed in this location. What used to be a frequent spot for me which offered pretty much the standard fast food experience, has gone downhill.... starting slightly before the pandemic, and escalating afterwards.
They've had problems understanding my orders, taking my orders, providing stuff with my orders. For example, just today (after boycotting the store for 3 months after the last bad experience, then trying them again) - I'd ordered one of their breakfast combos with a hash brown, two coffees, and a sandwich combo with wedges. They not only neglected to provide me with a receipt (I thought this was required by law unless declined by customer?), but also forgot to provide me with both sauces AND the hashbrown that was paid for. Due to the 15-car lineup behind me, lack of receipt, and the near-20 minutes it took just to get to the order area itself, we left disappointed.
I'd like to say this is an anomaly, but since I'm seeing things like this happen with quite a few Tim Horton's establishments in this area, I believe I will go to the Mcdonald's up the street...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreFood is average. Numerous times Iāve found coffee grounds in my coffee but just brushed it off. What pushes me over the edge is the service. Normally thereās a lovely woman on OT in the mornings who is very accurate and friendly. This morning there was a young woman who was more concerned about her outside conversation (which was happening over the headset) than getting through the 10+ car line up. She messed up the order, blamed me for it saying āwe already made it, are you sure you canāt take it? No? Fine then I guess weāll have to make you another one.ā Then the lady at the window was unfriendly as well. My coworkerās card declined so I removed it to try mine instead. She said āyou need to tell me when youāre removing your card, you canāt just take it out like that.ā I worked at Tim Hortonās for 5 years. All it does is takes a little bit longer to reset the machine. If the team was actually focused on working rather than outside conversations, drive thru times with inaccurate orders, and berating customers, maybe this store would actually be...
Ā Ā Ā Read morePulled up to the second drive thru speaker and waited about 10 mins for someone to take my order. I work in the service industry so I wasnāt bothered by the wait, I understand how busy it can get. When she came on the speaker to ask what I wanted I could barely hear her and I asked her to speak up but she just kept repeating herself. I order a regular soup and potato wedges. She asked me to wait while she checked on the soup and when she came back 5 minutes later she asked me for my order again. I reminded her that I wanted the soup and wedges and then I sat in silence for 2 minutes waiting for a reply. She informed me they were out of wedges in an unprofessional way by saying āthere are no wedgesā and then I told her just the soup would be fine. She went silent again and I sat for another 4 minutes waiting for her to tell me my total and confirm my order. Nothing came so I drive up on my own. I donāt find this professional at all. I understand it being busy but that made me want to just leave and not even...
