timbits taste like chemicals. they also dont even seem to know their own product,i asked if they have apple fritter timbits and i got a yes. proceeded to order a 10 pack of timbits (ap.fr. honey dip and 1 plain) lady then says we dont sell apple fritter but we have the doughnut... meanwhile that was the first thing i asked when i pulled up to the speaker box. she tried to explain what an apple fritter was and i explained back that i work at tim hortons as well so i understand not all locations carry ap.fr timbits. i then asked for all honey dip and 1 plain. now they don't sell honey dip i am told furious i drive up to the window. girl who took my order was chuckling. very unprofessional until she realized i was there waiting and watching her at the window. i asked why they dont have timbits at 530 as its not even late and that they should have a full showcase showing until 8pm (they are 24 hrs so they should always have all product showing) supervisor comes up. i asked why they dont have stock. she replied that they do carry honey dip and came back with a doughnut......š¤ i asked if there was 10 timbits in that bag and she looked puzzled. but before she got them she apperently heard my order... because she was wearing a headset. anyways long stort short... i ate 1 timbit and so did my son. my son before myself. once i took my bite i knew something was off with the taste ! they didnt do a proper clean on their oven and now my timbits taste like chemicals !!!!! i spit it out tried 1 more and it taste ...like chemicals! i dumped the whole box out after this, its just too bad my son and i ate them.... i even tipped them after all of this fuss and confusion as an employee of tim hortons this is disgusting and as a customer i am appalled and will never ever order anything from 525 memorial st orillia location as i am very upset and dissapointed in the service , knowledgeabitlity of products as well as the taste...

Iāve had multiple occasions where i have dealt with terrible customer service at this location, and i must say that the adolescents that work here are extremely rude and dismissive. talk...

Update: absolutely the worst Tim's in Orillia. Don't ask for anything made different than the way it comes as they just won't do it and you will have to go back. Over and over again lol. I went there two weeks straight for the same thing each day and over half the time I had to go back as they made it wrong. I asked why they always get it wrong as I try my best to order it clear and easy. I got "I don't know" as a response. Stopped by for the first time in months and was told they had no sausage for my wrap as they were out. Lol.... at 7:30 in the morning they're out of breakfast. This Tim's needs some serious improvements as either management just doesn't care or they just don't know. Management, make...
