Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Ontario

Yesterday afternoon I ordered a bagel & medium coffee, I said 2 milk & no sugar on the drive thru, the crew answered me back that you don’t need to say “no sugar”. I’ve always said that when I order coffee & this is the first time someone said it to me like that. When I reached the counter to pay she repeated it again that no need to say no sugar and don’t worry there’s no sugar in there. I didn’t say anything as I was already pissed off by the crew’s(old lady) attitude! Then I waited for my bagel & another crew handed me the bagel & just said “here it is” with no napkins and no thank yous or whatsoever and rush back to her spot. They really need to make sure the hot chocolate is filled. Nothing worse than ordering a cafe mocha or straight hot chocolate and you get hot water. Ordered a cafe mocha today and it is bad. Tastes like a coffee and water mix. Also I have always gotten whipped topping on a mocha as it came that way, now they charge an extra.80 for whipped topping.
