Well we tried it a few more times and well let's just say we will NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN! The service was horrible the bartender that does the takeout orders made us feel like we were an inconvience to her talking, the food was completely wrong all 3 times since and WORST of all my partner found a shrimp in his ceaser salad. He is ALLERGIC to shrimp, but clearly wouldn't have thought to ask for no shrimp in a ceaser salad. We were both missing the fries from the last meals we ordered. He tried calling, nothing. Left a vm 0 responce. Still nothing. The last time I was in with him it was over an hour and 15 mins for our food (which was almost 1/2 of the serving portions) we were missing food (always) and the lady in front of us had been waiting longer then us for a sandwich. We took a friend and their child there for a birthday dinner, and the kid wanted to look at the big building (casino area) so when they walked over to the other side of the resturant (keep in mind they were at least 15 to 20 feet away from the LOCKED door with a security guard, she and her dad got yelled at by a staff member that she was too young to be allowed out on the casino floor. (Ye think!?!) He explained she was no where near the closed locked door just wanted to see what was there (as kids often do) she yelled at them again and told them they were to close and again reminded him she was too young to go into the casino. (She was 8 years old hello!?! Clearly that wasn't even a thought) I think they should go back to the resturants that were there before and the staff that make the resturants a place people enjoyed going to. At least they knew how to make a meal and what food went in them.

This place would get a 0 star review for everything if I was able to leave it. Will be avoiding their new resturants in the future incase their anything...

Hi. When challenges arise not great to customers. Power was out and big show was cancelled at Rama. At match restaurant staff was not able to serve the customers. It seemed that took a while to switch to manual calculations but in the meantime just asked guests to settle in leave. I felt unwelcome. This is hard to understand when a show is cancelled guests at Rama just want to enjoy something but didn’t understand being told can’t serve another drink and was pushed out of the bar. Was all strange and haven’t been made to feel like this in a hospitality location in a while. I know was odd situation for all and hard for staff as well but not sure why was made to feel unwelcome. The supervisor told me they couldnt serve me as did t know the price of reg rum as the menu only has the price of speciality drinks. The manager corrected me 1.5 hours later and said they have the price of the drinks now. But seems they still could t serve anyone at 9 pm at night. If hosting big groups regularly places like this should have contingency plans. They couldn’t serve me and my colleague and had to leave the restaurant as did others before 9 pm. Ppls traveled from longer distances to come to Rama for this show and when can’t sit and at least get a drink is not what I expected when coming to Rama tonight. A dry evening with no comedy show to watch. I guess Stranger things could happen larger...

Booked a reservation on Friday for today. Even switched it to an hour earlier no issues. We walk up 10 mins early and they are not only backed up at the entrance they cant give us a specific time of how long a few mins is. Always thought the point of a reservation was to get you in right away. Anyways she says she's going to text. I decide going back through the casino to get the other gentleman at the other side to cancel it all together. He says he did. A few mins go by I then get a text message saying my tables ready. Can't say one way or another if they are good. Can say the front of the house doesn't have their act together enough to think about coming back yet. The one and only saving grace of this whole thing and the only reason they get a 3 star for service is because I hit a major jackpot on Dragon links on the way out. If I ate dinner it wouldn't of happened.

To the reply. I'll be back soon to attempt one more time. If it goes smooth I'll change it to reflect my experience. Fact it took you this many days to reply doesn't sit well.
