I have been attending this buffet for many years as I attend a lot of events at Rama. Last night Friday September 28th 2018 I arrived with a friend at 7:45. There was no line up at all and we were seated very promptly which is unordinary. I started off with the Mexican lentil soup which was delicious. I then headed to the roast beef section and was informed they do not do Prime Rib on Fridays anymore, so I payed $29.00 on a premium night for no prime rib, that was ok I just asked for English Cut of roast beef, which as usual the carver could not do and did not know what English Cut was, I then went to the Grave Container and the grave was so thick, almost to the consistency of pudding, this was clearly do to the fact that the flour was not cooked out of the sauce. I am a Chef so I decided to call over the Executive Chef as he was standing 30 feet away. I opened the sauce lid and showed him, saying, "Chef, the flour is not cooked out of this sauce". He answered me with, "If you do not like it, do not have it". I was floored, I then lifted the lid of the chicken gravy which was empty and had reminiscence burned all to the sides of the container. I said, "please explain this then". He replied, "It is close to closing time, our production team is repetitively new and they are still learning"! I was floored, it was now 8:00, 1 hour before closing. Shocked I went on my way and just had horseradish with my beef. I then went back up and had the Snapper (dry and over cooked), Brussel Sprouts (under cooked), Roasted Carrots (tasted murky), Lo Mein (crunchy and dry), Cheese casserole (greasy) and on and on. Horrible experience and executive Chef was way out of line. I think I will stick to St Germain...

Drinks ,but no alcohol are always included and staff doesn't mind mixing up your favorite juice concoction,😂💚 I like orange and grapefruit mixed ,half and half. The coffee is Folgers, so it's always the best part of waking up,😋lol. Great weekend breakfast buffet, with 3-4 maybe even 5, Omelette stations ,to make your omelette just the way you like it, and they don't look at you funny, if you have odd tastes. They have baked peameal, and if you've never had it baked, you won't want to go back to fried,😍. Also huge bowls of home fries, sausages, and regular side bacon. I myself like to put together my own salad and mix up my own dressing from what's available. Dosent that look good ? It truly was, I had a balsamic type Greek dressing that I concocted in a soup bowl. Which by the way, are not just for soup. I use them for stew, pasta, or whatever I think I need a bowl for. I try not to take too much of anything, but you know your gonna leave behind more than you eat, sometimes. Bring your appetite, no matter what time of day you go. You won't be...
Read moreI took my wife out on a date night on a Saturday night. We had fun on the floor. After a few hours, we got hungry and decided to have supper. We lost track of time and it was near 9pm. For the price of their buffet we decided to try it. We were both hungry and excited to see what they had to offer. After looking through their selection, I knew we were going to be disappointed. The food was horrible. All was left was left overs. The presentation of the buffet was the worst that I've ever seen. Everything was not very appetizing. The service was good. We were asked how our meal was, we didn't say much and she knew that we were not happy. She was kind enough to apologize and we said it was not her fault, we should have known better. We don't go out very often and decided to have fun at Rama, but this truly ruined the evening for us. I can honestly say that we will never return to this casino. I know that we were dining near closing time, but for a major casino to offer this quality of food, they should be ashamed. Never Ever Again! It's not hard to see why Rama is longer the...
