Cedar — Restaurant in Ontario

Was in Monday around 630pm, ordered a chicken Caesar salad, after waiting a half hour I politely asked my server if they could check on it to which I was told “it will be out when it’s out”, when I mentioned that the couple at the next table had ordered at the same time and was already enjoying their meals, the waiter rudely replied “fine, let me just drop everything I’m doing to serve you!” After a minute he returned with my meal, but it had probably been sitting out for 15-20 min as the chicken was completely cold. I came to the newer Cedar AKA- Burger Bar before a show. Service was great, staff were friendly. The salad bar was a great part of the meal. I chose the burger and it (looked great) but it just wasn't very good Chewy, overcooked, ( I honestly wanted to put it down and get another plate of salad). The fries were very good. Also: the table beside me ordered burgers + fish n chips and they ate literally 2 bites of the fish and quit and they also exclaimed how poor the burger was.
