We go every morning 9am everyday and the time's that obviously a few order's in the year's we've been going will have some issue's but they've always been more than helpful in fixing whatever was wrong but it's gone a bit to far I didn't post anything about this last time it happened when I found a long hair in my sandwich and they just fixed it and gave me a new one so it's bin a bit over I'd say 2 months give or take and this time again the egg and sausage on a home style 2nd time for the same sandwich and second time that there was hair in it 1st time one hair got new food no problem this time.... it was 2 very long hairs right through the sandwich one side to the other and a second melted into the cheese I wish I could put a picture of it on here it totally ruined my day definitely not hungry anymore just thinking about what if I didn't look first and took a bite then found out 😁😋😲😖🤢🤮 I am not even getting a refund I said I'm calling head office tomorrow and never NEVER!!! going back to Admiral and Veterans TIM HORTONS. EVER again.

Read moreNever had such an insane experience in my life. Just got off a red eye flight from yyc to yxu and all I wanted was a tea for my mom and I to get back to sarnia . We get there and my mom dosent like to order in the drive through so we go inside and up the the counter I order a tea and a breakfast sandwich pay for it with Apple Pay and move off to the side to wait. My mom goes up and orders her tea and pays for it with a gift card and she also moves off to the side to wait for it. I get my sandwich and my tea and we’re waiting for my mom’s tea. ‘Meanwhile the employee starts to make the drinks of the people behind us so after a couple of minutes I go excuse me my mom is still waiting for her tea . Which then the employee goes you only paid for one. I was completely shocked my mom had kept her receipt so she shows her that and I didnt have one but was able to go on my phone and show that I made a purchase at Tim’s. The lady was so persistent on not making us that tea that she was even fighting with her manager about it after the manager said multiple times make the drink she finally makes it.. nothing like feeling like a thief at 6 am when you infact are not. i used to work a Tim’s and I’ve never encountered such a crazy experience at a fast food...
Read moreI had a horrible experience and I am so disappointed in the way employees are treated. I had to wait for a very long time while a worker sat and talked to another coworker the whole time there was another girl on the counter Em who was doing amazing as she was training and expressed that. But this girl whose name I think was J something, was absolutely disrespectful to Em and I don’t think that is fair especially to a training employee. The way she spoke to her was disgusting and I hope something will be done about it after this review. Nobody should be treated this way. I didn’t see a supervisor patch on her shoulder so I assume she is a team member but still even if she was management that’s still not a way she should be speak to employees. Em served me and did an absolutely amazing job but the girl who’s name I think was training her when finished her conversation with the other coworker came over and told her “don’t touch the till, until I train you” I think that was extremely disrespectful as that girl was talking and not helping the line at all.
