Not Great. Went through the drive thru. ordered 2 of the new steak and egg on a biscuit combos. It was about 1030 am and busy. We were not in a hurry. We do not have vaccination passports so we parked in the lot after getting our food and low and behold...no steak on either of the sandwiches. I walked back in and was waiting in line when the manager noticed I had food in my hand, asked if there was an issue when I said yes she passed me to an enployee skipping me to the head of the line. I explained that I had ordered 2 steak and egg sandwiches like they are advertising at the order kiosk and neither sandwich has steak on then. The employee apologized and took back the sandwiches threw them in the trash. He begin making new sandwiches. I saw him place steak on the grill press so I step back out of the way and waited for my breakfast. While doing so the manager returned to me and presented me with a muffin for free said it was new to the menu and thanked me for my patience. I took my new sandwiches back to the car and sat with my wife and divided up the sandwiches she opened hers it looked great. Mine however was missing the steak. So i put it back in the bag and back I go. The manager spots me again and asks me if everything is alright and i show her the sandwich I was handed had again been missing steak. She herself takes me down to the end of the line to make my sandwich herself. She proceed to try and make me 2 for my troubles but only has one biscuit left prepared. She asks if an English muffin is ok. i say no problem. she then proceeded to make 2 roast beef sandwiches. I didnt have the patience to hand them back...
Read moreI visit Tim Hortons outlets all over North America regularly, and this one has consistently been the worst service and food quality. Even little things like never having a cold bottle of Diet Coke (last 6 visits in a row), to making a Turkey Bacon Club wrap with one piece of Lettuce, one slice of bacon and less than an 1/8" of turkey. It is the only Tim Hortons in this town, and it has been awful for many years. Once they gave me my meal and closed the window. I had to knock on the window and ask for my change, to which the worker replied "oh, I didn't realize you wanted it". That has crossed from being a tip, to stealing. Yes, it was a very small amount, but nonetheless, this does not inspire trust. Even though it was only nickel, where do they draw the line? To be clear, I have no problem leaving a tip at Timmies; I do it regularly, but that is MY choice, NOT theirs.

I attempted to go to the link included in this message. It took me to a page that continually pestered me to "Join This", or "Subscribe to Points That" etc. After closing several "Join Us/Sign In/Create Account" pop-ups, I was left at a home page that just showed all the wonderful benefits of signing up. If you want to have a cordial discussion about your service failings, then don't make me "sign up" for an account just to talk to you. Leave me either a link to an email, where I can safely give you my phone number, or give me a phone number to call, and a name to ask for. I would be more than happy to explain myself, and the issues I have experienced, but I am not going down some corporate rabbit hole chasing you to...
Read moreAs a resident of Cayuga, I am so sad at the decline of this tim hortons since the new ownership. Time and time again I have given them the opportunity to redeem themselves. I even went in to speak to the manager after so many mistakes. My favourite drink is the vanilla cream cold brew with the espresso foam on top (which is $0.80 extra). The amount of times they have left the foam off, is infuriating because I know they see it on the order. One of the times they handed it to me at the drive thru window and I handed it back and said "I paid for the foam on top." The young girl was sweet and apologized, and handed it back the man making the drinks and said it needed the foam. He says he put it on, she looks at the drink and told him she didn't see any foam, he was so rude and begrudgingly poured a SLIVER of foam on top. Like he was annoyed that he I was asking for what I PAID for. I have worked in food services and this is beyond unacceptable. The other day we were late for school drop off and I got my daughter a bagel, it was so stale it was almost as hard as a rock. I can honestly say 9/10 times the order is wrong, horrible or missing items. What set off me finally writing this review is, again, today, they charged me for the cold foam and DIDN'T PUT IT ON. I am officially done. I have been patient, I have given you more opportunities than you deserved. Tim Hortons, you need to do better at regulating your franchises. Charging a customer for something and not giving it to them, is stealing. That...
