Tito’s Pizza Cayuga — Restaurant in Ontario

Just had Tito’s for the first time. We are Pizza people; when we travel, when we meet with friend, when we are even just away for the night… pizza. So we stopped at Tito’s for no particular reason as we were on our way home from a friends. We hadn’t heard of Tito’s but love to try new places. Pizza is rarely bad so it’s a pretty good chance of you have to take one. This stuff was amazing! The sauce is incredible, if it isn’t home made it’s something not common, the crust was the perfect texture. Not to thin and not to big; this is perfect for us as I like thick and she likes thin. The cheese was supreme (standard pizza cheese but mixed in with that sauce… wow!) if you have never had Tito’s… do it. If you don’t live near by, make a date out of it. Oh, and the woman that served us? A total freakin delight! What an awesome experience! Thank you Tito’s! Pizza decent for a chain store, but ordered online paid with credit card and hit no tip, their not servicing me like in a restaurant, receipt was correct from where I ordered, but on emailed receipt they automatically charged 10% tip, if you want 10% just put it on your menu don't in essence commit fraud because that's in essence what you did, I emailed there head office and their auto reply said they'd get back to me, 2 weeks later still no reply,goodbye Titos and you scam, there are 2 othe pizza places within 100 feet of you, Little Dings and Godfathers never been...

pizza is really good but warning I ordered a large with 3 items 1/2 pineapple, bacon and ham and the other 1/2 onions, hot peppers and pepperoni they charged me $24.24 when it should have been $14.49 When I questioned them they told me that it's because I ordered extra items. I did not receive double items but was charged for it. If you order online they don't charge extra as well as the location in jarvis doesn't charge extra so...
