Wendy's — Restaurant in Ontario

Good generally well done according to how it should be, used to work at a Wendy's. However, bacon is too often way overdone especially the later into the night it gets. Customer service is good, some order takers really adept at making you feel like the order is a conversation, and not just a good purchase (one alternative girl especially, not sure of her name but she commented me on my purple holographic style wallet - please update with her name if possible, it was in the evening maybe two months ago). Promote her if you haven't already, take it from someone who studied Business Management and worked Wendy's on more than one occasion. DO NOT EAT HERE!!

I went through the drive thru for breakfast. The fritters were both cold and overcooked... Which was an impressive feat. That's not the reason I said in big bold letters not to eat here.

While waiting for my mediocre food, I watched someone loading trays of bacon into an oven. On TWO SEPARATE occasions a piece of bacon fell on the floor and I watched them pick it up and set it back on the tray before sliding it into the oven!! The manager was watching them do it and never tried to correct them, which means the employee must have been told to do it!!

I don't blame the employee for listening to management but it was DISGUSTING!!

So I just went to this place, and I had my 3 year old with me.. really wanted a burger I don’t know why lol so I had asked her what do you guys have for 3 year olds.. boy she was so extremely nice patiently sweetest person on earth again patiently told me the menu so I said my three-year-old is craving for a burger. She said that is no problem. It will just take a couple of minutes. OK go through the drive-through we waited, which was no problem at all then she comes back to the window because she knows it’s for three-year-old. She asked me if I would like any salt or a little bit of salt in it so I said yes please just a little bit of salt again very kind of her to think about the customer.
