I wanted to share my experience at this location and warn everyone who goes here to be careful when ordering food from here. I am absolutely flabbergasted at the attitude of some of the workers at this location, I had ordered about 35$ worth of food for my kids and I. As soon as I walked in, I could tell that the workers were judging me, as I currently have a face paralysis which makes one side of my face look unsymmetrical compared to the other. One boy in specific caught my eye, he looked about 17-18 and his name tag said Aboud or Abboud. He was the one who took my order, not only was he super rude when I was ordering, but he also charged me more for my food and proceeded to look at his coworkers and speak badly about me in arabic. He wasn’t aware of the fact that I could understand and proceeded to make fun of my disability with his partners. When I got my food, I realized that some of the items were missing aswell as extra stuff were added to my food, such as bacon (im muslim) and something odd and slimy was on top of my fries. With further inspection, I found out that they had spit on my food. I have never felt so disrupted and insulted in my entire life. I have been a customer for over 10+ years now and this has completely ruined and changed my experience. Read moreI placed an order for 3 combos and a kids meal with drinks and 3 frosties for dessert. We did not receive the frosties so I called back and told the manager this and that I had the receipt showing we paid for them and a photo of what we received. She denied it was their fault. Said they made them and didn't know where they were. She said they would not send the driver back with the right items since they would need to pay skip the dishes to deliver them again. Numerous times she denied it being her fault and accused me of lying. I informed her that we order from there weekly and have never had an issue. That I spent 60 plus a 8 dollar tip to the driver and didn't expected to be blamed or accused of lying. I explained as I have worked in this and other customer service industries that managers jobs r to make a situation right not act like she did. I asked for someone above her but she said that there was no one. She then told me.to contact skip the dishes for a refund of the items. And told me if I really want the items ot recieved that I could drive there and get them. I I formed her I didn't have a car hence why I ordered delivery. She did take my name and said there would be a note if I ever wanted to come in for them. Read moreAbsolutely horrible service. Long line up at the drive thru and it did not move. I probably spent $10 in gas just idling in line. The girl that took my order was totally clueless. I had to repeat the order 4 times and she still didn’t have a clue what I wanted. I ordered their promo Bacon Portabella Mushroom Melt and as you can see from the photos their are advertising it very prominently. The girl says she never even knew the burger existed. Very poor training on management’s part if their staff is unaware of the menu. So after all this I get to the window to pick up the order and I noticed that they gave me fries instead of the baked potato that I had ordered. I pointed this out to the young boy that handed me the order and he started arguing with me that the order said fries and if I wanted a baked potato I would have to pay for one. After expressing my total displeasure I paid for the potato and left. This store is very poorly run and the management should all be replaced if that’s their idea of managing a restaurant. The young man should have just apologized to me and given me the baked potato that I ordered rather than arguing with me and further angering me. I doubt that anyone from the restaurant will contact me with an apology or a resolution but at least I can let others know what a poorly run...
