Ordered 2 strips and a sprite one night and received one strip and my sprite realized when I got home gave the manager a call and she said come back whenever for a free meal and my missed strips. Was told to come back through the drive thru let them know it was me and I could pick up my order it would be set up. Came back and was charged for second set of strips but was given the combo, had to ask the attendant for my drink 3 times before driving away and customer service was less than good. Ended up going in the next day and had a great conversation with the manager on duty who took my original call and she apologized and thanked me for coming in. Finally went to pick up my āfree comboā and the strips I had originally paid for and never received tonight and ran into the restaurant manager and letās say the customer service was even worse than the time before I asked for a large drink and was told she would have to charge me to upgrade which I was kind of shocked by and I asked if she was serious to which she replied actually yes you are already flagged as a scammer. I went back 3 times with and open mind and all 3 times unfortunately left disappointed and still hungry. One person hands you a bag of food while three people standing behind them are staring at you in the most strange kind of way. To be more specific, I get the chills and feel unwelcomed from their body language. It's one of those things where you were looking down counting your change so you can pay and then as soon as you look up you see someone moving their head away from you. And I saw their eyes, they were looking right at me and I just felt so centered out by it. How can people who don't even know you dislike you? I didn't take long to count my change, about 7 seconds to take my wallet out and hand the girl at the window cash. As soon as I reached out with my arm my head was up while I was facing the window and I seen this one employee. She just looked like the most unhappy person in the world and she was looking directly at me the whole time. And it was the most uncomfortable feeling in the world! I went inside and as usual approached front counter and told my order number, the lady( Name- Gabby) rudely replied me that she didnāt ask for that š¤.....there was already three other skip driver waiting....I thought my order maybe ready thatās why I told her my order number before anyone ask, and thatās what I use in all my order....the attitude that she gave me was very disappointed and disrespectful......if the order is not ready just say wait here....why that attitude???? All knows that of you are paying in cash give cash in hand donāt put on table and thatās general manners.....I gave her $20 amd in return she literally though change on table and I had to collect all....I thought I was being avoided and racially profiled......from the start to end her behaviour was not good as was...
