They sell games that do not work.

I purchased a used NES cartridge and it doesn't function on my NES. I own five other games (Tetris, LoZ, and SMB1-3) and they all function without issue. No amount of cleaning the cartridge I bought from Game Cycle or adjusting its position in my NES console will make it work.

Now I have to waste my time going back to the store to return it, which will only give me store credit so I risk getting ANOTHER cartridge—of which their selection is extremely limited—from this place that doesn't work. Even if the new game does work: this was the only good NES game they were selling, so I can't even get something worthwhile.

This was my first and last time purchasing something from Game Cycle.

Most times I have had no issues with game cycle got a few games for a good price. But I am rating on one experience that I have had recently. I bought a game for the PlayStation 4 for a gift, to realize it didn't work on his system a week later. Went to store to ask for a replacement for it since they had other copies and there is a sticker in the cases of being bought there. The worker I bought it from gave me the cold shoulder and I tried on my end to prove that I bought it. I just wanted a copy of a $10 game that worked. I have heard from many other people they sold games that didn't work. I was about to buy another game there but it was unusable as well. Be aware apperently only three day return policy there...

Lol laughing at all the resellers who are mad🤣. Why don't u get a REAL job then or do it the proper LEGAL way and obtain a business license and open up your own shop💯🤷‍♂️. As a customer and gamer/collector I'm actually very happy that game cycle is enforcing this because #1 it ensures that they will ALWAYS have inventory and #2 at a FAIR and reasonable price. You "resellers" are the reason WHY their is never any inventory/games left and why their double the price in the market!💯 not only do u rip people off but u don't even pay taxes on top of it!🤷‍♂️ nothing short of criminals💯 my only criticism of game cycle would be the lack of services and the quality of some products, other then that...
