Wendy's — Restaurant in Ontario

Never EVER order food from this place using a delivery service. They almost always forget something, they use old nasty food to send out instead of making food fresh or using recently cooked items. I gave them a chance tonight, paid $30 for a chicken sandwich meal with a potato and frosty and a cheese burger. The chicken sandwich was dried up and shriveled to nothing, the potato was rock hard and must've been cooked more than a day ago and worst of all the frosty was completely melted and had chunks of plastic in it. Because it was melted I tried to drink it and got plastic caught in my throat and had to gag it up. The delivery service refused to do anything, when I called the restaurant the employee was laughing that there was plastic in my food. Absolutely disgusting. This Wendy's used to be one of my favorite fast food places. Over the last several years it has become absolutely horrible. No quality standards, you have a 50/50 chance that you will get the food you paid for and if you have an issue with the horrible quality you're out of luck. That is a picture of my frosty about fifteen minutes after it arrived. It was disgusting but I tried to drink it because I paid for it, and I was rewarded with plastic caught...

I recently tried Wendy's Dave's Double, and it definitely lived up to the hype. The burger features two juicy beef patties that are cooked to perfection, giving a hearty, satisfying bite. The meat is well-seasoned, and you can really taste the quality in every mouthful.

The staff at this location are what make it 5 stars; I went last week and tried to order a baked potato but they didn't have any. Their awesome staff were nice enough to give me a coupon for one for the next time I visit which I really appreciated. Then, this week I came for my potato and ordered a few others things as well and they happened to be out of plum sauce and I was offered a free Frosty as an apology which I think was really nice of them. Shirley who was working the drive thru on both visits made a really good impression with me which is why I'm here to compliment her & the rest of the staff working tonight, including the manager who was nice enough to give me the coupon for the potato. This is my favourite Wendy's location in all of London and I'll definitely be recommending it to all my friends and family. Keep up the great work guys, you deserve a raise for your amazing...
