Wild Wing — Restaurant in Ontario

Ordered Wings and Fries for dinner thru SKIP from here tonight...Bad decision! Order comes, nothing is labelled. So after having to open and smell every box to guess at flavors and for which person...they screwed up order did not get 1of the order of a flavor ordered, and got 2 of a flavor we only ordered 1 of. In addition barely any Sauce on Gar Par fries, carrots were partly black, celery soft and 4 different dips (none marked).Called Wild Wing waitress answers says she can't do anything to fix order error and I would have to call SKIP. I explained it wasn't SKIP'S fault, it is an error restaurant made and that they need to make it right. Order was over $130.00 and one of our party did not have their food now. She says "I will have to put you on hold because I have customers waiting"! I am a customer $#@! Finally as rest of our meal is getting cold, another person comes on phone, asks what I expect them to do because I ordered from a third party (SKIP), they can't fix it! I said "you are going to make another order for the missing wings, and now that I have to drive there after paying for delivery already...you are also going to add something for my aggravation, my meal going cold and me having to drive on my gas because you made the error! Kitchen guy on phone agrees to throw in an order of Onion Rings. So...ten minutes later I arrive there and it was as though they didn't know why I was there #%@%. Finally get correct wings and onion rings and leave. Observation: there were 5 men in kitchen all of which didn't seem to know what they were doing, putting orders on counter that waitresses didn't even know where they were to go as they were not items tables had ordered! Restaurant was dirty! NEVER AGAIN. Sadly we have always enjoyed good food and service here but apparently new management/ownership...

July 23, 2023 @ 6:20 - decided to take our son for wings for his birthday. What a joke! No sign stating to wait to be seated so after standing at the door for a few minutes we seat ourselves in the first booth to the left of the entrance, next to a booth full of people and other tables with people eating their meal. Approximately 15 minutes of waiting, the waitress brings our neighbours their food but ignores us after looking directly at our table. She even comes back a second time to the people beside us and before we can get her attention she disappears in the back. In fact, we looked for the second waitress or the girl behind the bar - none are to be seen. After waiting another 15 minutes a couple walks in, takes a booth in our row but in the back and the waitress comes out and hands them menus. That was our breaking point, we walked out and will NEVER return. No wonder we witnessed a group leave while we pulled into the parking lot and go into the restaurant next door - obviously they too were tired of waiting. Called the restaurant to make the Manager aware, he did not care. Or perhaps he just didn’t understand. BEWARE, if you’re hungry and don’t like long waits STAY AWAY. Service is nonexistent and customer service via the manager doesn’t exist either. Next time we’ll drive to the...

We were having a Christmas take-out wing lunch with my family. My mother called and placed the order. I called a few minutes later wanting to add to the order. The girl on the phone was very arrogant and less than accommodating and was hesitant to take the add-on to the order. She states “well you didn’t place the original order”. I stated my mother just called there and placed the order and this is her name and number. The girl at the restaurant was very ignorant and gave me a hard time about placing the order. I wanted to ask her if she was the wing police. She ended up taking my order after me convincing her it was okay for the add-on. All I wanted to add-on was some wings and poutine. This brings me to the poutine, it was the worst poutine I have ever had. The wings (sweet escape) were good. Going to be a long time before I attend this establishment again if I ever do. The girl on the phone who had to tell us she came over from Midland needs to stay in Midland and leave her hubris attitude over in Midland. She never apologized for the attitude or thanked me for the order. I thanked her though. Last time I checked you should be thanking me, not me thanking her. ...
