Updated: Worst Timmies Period. Two drive thru windows, but only 1 in use for over 3 years. ALWAYS a line of cars, usually 10 or more. They always "run out" of chicken, which is just code for too lazy too cook it. Total drive thru time is usually about 10min just to reach the speaker, to find out they "ran out" of anything I'm trying to order, breakfast sandwiches, hashbrowns, roasted chicken wraps... Basically if you want more than plain coffee and a donut, or don't want to wait in a drivethru for over 15min, than DONT GO TO THIS TIMMIES.
When they hire staff who care about their jobs, and open the second drive thru, I will consider re-reviewing and changing my comments, as for now, this is all 100% the TRURH
Update today: over 20 cars in the single open drive thru, 18min to get to the speaker to order, to find out they have no Breakfast sausage at 10:30am on a Monday, because they didn't order enough. Breakfast runs until 4pm. Just abhorrent to not have any sausage at 10:30am. Then, after 26 min to get to the window, to get two thin strips of bacon instead of actual MEAT, only to have the sandwiches made on absolutely disgusting tea biscuts instead the English Muffins as ordered. This Timmies isn't worth keeping open, corporate should force it closed due to horrible services giving Tim Hortons a bad name, and I will be complaining to Tim Hortons Corporate as well, and sending my 28min dash cam footage as evidence of the absolute disgusting location that cares more about their grass getting watered then serving customers. This was and is the last time I ever visit this Timmies for anything, including a parking lot, ill crash my truck into a wall, before I stop at their location for...
Read moreAbsolutely horrible service, after waiting in line of about 12 cars, I ordered my coffee and a dozen Timbits, I asked him for no plain and no sugar coated ones, the girl explain to me they only had plane and old-fashioned glazed left? When I asked her how long does it take to take Frozen Timbits out of the freezer and warm them up in the oven, she told me it could take 30 minutes. I then mentioned to her that her manager should be doing better forecasting, the manager then met me at the window and stated, don't you know that today is a holiday? I then told her I am well aware that today is a holiday, I Thanksgiving holiday when there are lots more people traveling and there was 12 cars ahead of me. She was very ignorant, it must be too difficult to take Donuts that are already pre-made out of a freezer and warm them up for three minutes in an oven. It's a blatant lie on the Tim Hortons sign that says...
Read moreHorrible service almost every time I've been. This is a small location with no instore dining, so everyone is just getting food and going. When I showed up there was no one in the drive through, just myself and another person walking in to get food. She was served and it was another few minutes before my order was taken. In the meantime people showed up in the drivethrough and got priority. I ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese. First they tried to give me the bagel with yellow cheese, then eventually I was given a buttered bagel that was about to fall out of the package, so I checked and saw no cream cheese. Went back in and finally got the cream cheese on a now very cold bagel. This whole "quick" take out process took 15 minutes, yet they had no problem serving 10+ cars that arrived after I had.
Avoid this timmies if you don't want to start your day on an angry note and now...
