Nothing but bad experiences at this location From their cashiers not knowing how to count simple cash to them always getting my orders wrong. I ordered two signature blizzards all I got was a cup full of icecream and a few chunks of the pieces. Vanilla icecream in a cup with a few pieces of the topping

Update----- Contacted the store to file a complaint. Ella the supervisor was so sweet she understood my frustration and right away honoured a refund. My intension was not for my money back or was the principal so I explained to her I threw out the blizzards and the cone fell all over the car and into the seats. She said no problem to come.in for the full refund. As I went in the male manager harassed me about returning the ice cream I proceeded to explain the situation he continued to badger and harass me over returning the ice cream. I had to threaten to contact head office before he walked away. Rude. Terrible management. Never returning. Absolutely...
Read moreI had a terrible day at workday, my car broke down and the water fountain wasn’t on!! I thought I would stop in DQ on the way home and try to have a glimmer of joy on my way home. Line up out the door, kids screaming, rude teenagers. I finally get to the cash to order and see this young customer service representative. Her smile and energy were contagious. I look down and see her name Cara…with a C. Well Cara was on her game, customers all over her and she didn’t miss a beat. Busting and splitting hot eats, cool treats.
I ordered my old reliable Snicker Blizzard but Cara could see I needed a boost. She talked me in to Cotton Candy Blizzard, talked and listened to me as she made this masterpiece. The best blizzard I have ever had and she brightened my day.
Honestly the best customer service in Orangeville…Ontario. Cara...

I come here all the time with my family and usually when I come I order the Peanut Buster Parfait but switch out the nuts for Crispy Crunch as I don't like peanuts. I've never really had a problem with this since I'm subbing one for the other but now they want to charge $0.85 for the substitution PER layer. How does this make sense when I'm just wanting to replace one thing for another. There's no way the teaspoon of a sprinkling of crispy crunch would equal the amount of $0.85 anyways. Also the last three weeks they haven't been able to flip over the blizzards we have ordered cause the ice cream is soooo soft. Baskin Robbins is looking real...
