Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Orangeville

Order was placed at 1:38 pm delivery driver was seen by me and on a camera system driving past my home at 2:02pm the expected delivery time after getting the driver is pulling up notice. Order was then marked delivered. When we called the location they advised that the order was incorrectly delivered and late. They put me on hold and called the driver to correct the order. I advised the order was incorrectly delivered and was now late i wanted a discount the location advised they would only give me a discount if the pizza was cold. The driver then arrived at my door at 2:18 as seen as on the camera. Location called back and advised order was not incorrectly delivered and was not over 30 min late.They gave me a $25 credit after advising I had complained to head office. If I could leave minus 10 stars I would. We ordered one large pizza at 7:30pm for pick up, they said it would take 45 minutes. We got there at 8:15. My boyfriend stood waiting for 15 minutes while they took other orders none stop over the phone and ignored the customers in the store. When he asked how much longer, they said 30 minutes. We got annoyed and said cancel the order and they had the audacity to ask what are order number is. The worst customer service! how can you tell us 30 more minutes when clearly you don't know what the order is. If you can't handle the amount of orders coming in stop taking them until you fulfill the ones that have been ordered. We wasted our time coming in. We will will never order dominos again. This location use to be really good w the previous owners- Johnathan & his mom Maryjane. Since new management for the last year it's been declined in quality & taste of the pizza. I use to leave my town to come to this location specifically for the quality & taste w the great coupons.

There needs to be much improvement on the parking of delivery drivers. I'm not sure why the delivery drivers always take up the front parking spots where customers should be able to park for quick pick ups & exit. Makes it very tight & far for some customers to have to park further away in the plaza. Sometimes there no parking and the delivery cars are all lined up at the front...
