The level of disregard for basic customer service at this location is truly astonishing. I encountered an employee at the drive-thru who was not only discourteous, but also demonstrated a complete inability—or unwillingness—to communicate clearly or listen attentively. When I politely pointed out that I had received an extra empty bag I did not request, instead of simply taking it back, the employee chose to discard it on the ground in a blatant act of frustration. Yes, they littered—right in front of a customer.
To make matters worse, the individual who presented herself as the manager, ironically nicknamed "Smiley," attempted to excuse this behavior rather than address it appropriately. This speaks volumes about the culture of indifference and lack of accountability at this location.
Frankly, this establishment should be reviewed for operational negligence. It is in dire need of comprehensive retraining on professional conduct and the fundamentals of customer engagement. If this is the standard of service they find acceptable, it’s clear that leadership has failed at every level.
I would not return to this location under any circumstance—not even if they were handing out complimentary coffee and donuts. It’s a disgraceful representation of the brand, and the team running it should be ashamed. If zero stars were an option, that’s exactly what this location...
Read moreFor the 100th time after ordering a large black coffee and receiving what could only be explained as a full medium. This time I turned around I usually call and they advise me to come back and they will give me a free coffee which I am always grateful for....bit this time I decided to go back personally and ask to speak to the manager.......well, James looked confused that I wasn't happy with a 3/4 full cup and proceeded to pour me a new coffee. James gave me the coffee and when I addressed the fact that I come in 2 times a day and spend on average $10 per day i would have expected a gift card for 5 and that is when I noticed 2.15 in his hand, he was going to give me my money back but I'm not interested in my 2.15 back......if I didn't turn around and come back then sure replace my coffee in good faith but I circle back 10 km to address the issue that happens everytime I order coffee and you think c9vering my order is OK....I dont. Not by a long shot. I own a business too, never in a million years would I just replace the broken part I installed without...
Read moreDrive thru service on Friday, February 9th at about 12:30pm was very poor. The woman argued with me whether my scan and pay app worked or not. It's connected to my card, and I've worked at Tims before, I know she had selected the wrong button and didn't correct her mistake. When I told her to scan it a third time, it suddenly worked after she fiddled on the computer (as she was gossiping about it infront of me with a coworker). I was given no straw for my drinks, no butter for the bread for soup. Because she argued with me in regards to my app and decided to talk to her coworker about it while I was still there, I wasn't comfortable enough to go grab a straw inside. This is one of many times the service has been poor and no pun intended-definitely the last straw. My family's business will be taken elsewhere. Please retrain your staff on manners and how to work the order computer. And no I will not contact any further to speak of the experience, nothing ever comes of...
