Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Orangeville

My order was as follows; (1) 3 Cheese & Herb Crazy Puffs (490 Cal) $4.99 (1) Crazy Bread® (790 Cal) $0.00 (1) Italian Cheese Bread (1400 Cal) $7.99 (1) Pepperoni Crazy Puffs (490 Cal) $4.99 (4) Custom Medium 12” Round (1620 Cal) Pizza: Medium 12” Round (1360 Cal), Pepperoni (260 Cal), Extra Sauce, No Cut $31.96 (1) Creamy Garlic Caesar Dip® (250 Cal) $1.69 (1) Ranch Caesar Dip® (190 Cal) $1.69 (1) Cheezy Caesar Dip (210 Cal) $1.69

When it was being picked up all they had for my order was the 4 pizzas and crazy bread. Nothing else from my order was ready and they acted like those 2 items were the only thing on my order. I even double checked be giving them my Order Number and Transaction Reference Number but they insisted the order was correct while being rude about it. The 4 pizzas were cut when they were supposed to be uncut (No Cut) and they refused to correct their mistake by remaking the order when asked to. They said it would "waste money" even though the order they just screwed up wasted money to begin with since I didn't pay for their wrongly made order (Pay on pickup). This is one of the worst experiences I've ever had from a takeout order and Little Caesars. I don't usually have Little Caesars, but I thought I would give it a try and my experience was definitely not a pleasant one. I will definitely never be going back to...

Not Hot & Not Ready

June 9th I entered the Little Caesar’s in Orangeville on Riddle Road around 5pm to bare shelves of Hot & Ready. I then ordered my food at 5:03pm, as I entered the lobby another person left, with one person waiting in the lobby. After I ordered another customer made her order, we were both given a pager for the wait, and she asked to wait in her car. I was then told I couldn’t wait in the lobby either. We were both told our orders would take 15 minutes. While waiting in my car I saw 5 other customers go in, place orders, be able to wait in the lobby and walk out with their food, while I was still waiting. At 5:25pm I went back in to complain that I have seen numerous people come in after me and leave with food. The lady that order right after me was also in the store complaining due to the wait. The server asked us what our pager numbers were, he then came back to me and had to ask me what I ordered again, then telling both of us another couple minutes. After over a 30-minute wait for my “Hot & Ready” meal I got home to realize that my peperoni pizza was a 3 meat. My family and I will not be returning to that location and was very disappointed that no one there cared about how two customers were...

It's a Little Caesar, nothing special, but food was okay.

So this is an update after a reoccurring situation. I knocked it down a star because as of recently, the past couple of months, I find they do not answer their phone. My family and I have a little ritual of Saturday night movie and pizza. At one time we could place an order, and then come and get the pizza when it's ready. Nowadays, they don't answer the phone, and I find you have to go to the store, then order, and then wait for your pizza. I addressed the workers and they say things like, "Oh, the phones acting up." Or, "The phone didn't ring." But I've blatantly caught them in their lies several times by calling the store while I'm in the store, and watch them ignore the phone ringing right beside them.
