I have given them a couple more chances after my first bad experience and it has gotten no better. Ordering ahead the past couple of times, NONE of the orders were right: a vegan bowl for one of our group had so much cheese on it it was inedible, one bowl was made as a burrito, and the combinations of ingredients was wrong for every other item.
This time I arrived to pick up my order, and it was nowhere to be seen, and they said there were no online orders. The employee stepped into the back to print it out manually apparently, still came out empty handed and asked myself and another customer to wait longer. I had to leave since I had other food in the car waiting for my kids, I don't order ahead of time to just sit around and wait.
Your tech doesn't work, and your employees don't pay attention. I wonder if they paid attention to property...
Read moreLast night I got off of work at 8:40, so I rushed over to Quesada before they closed at 9 pm. I arrived there at about ten minutes before closing. I was trying to give my order to the person working there and they kept cutting me off and I had to keep saying wait I'm not finished yet. They had no guacamole left and were putting things away. I felt the staff made me feel like I was an inconvenience to them because they were getting ready to close up for the night. Perhaps it should be explained to them that if the store closes at 9, than that is when you close, not ten minutes before nine. Read moreNot the best experience today. Their on-line payments are not working and the option to pay at time of pickup has been removed. Trying to inform them via the contact link on the website was pointless because the form doesn't work. The captcha doesn't load so you can't submit the feedback.
Update: They actually charged my credit card 4 times even though their website clearly said they could not process the payment. The website has no phone number to call and with the feedback form not working i will have to dispute the charges with the bank. Reducing the review to 2 stars for the pain in the * this is...
