Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Orangeville

I come inside to order a large coffee with creams and sugar. I asked man who served me, Can you give me fresh coffee and I mentioned hot coffee. He replied with heavy accent all coffee is fresh. When I saw he pur the coffee from the big thermos jug and I knew I wouldn't get what I wanted. Seat to the table just 10 feet from the ordering counter and tried coffee. Coffee was just warm and I could drink whole cup in one sip. Everyone knows we drink coffee hot, and that is enjoyment to drink a coffee.

While I was seating at the table, I was watching people who ordering from TM and one lady same nationalities as all foreign workers inside get arguments with the guy who served her. I would say they are arguing at least a couple of minutes. That guy even lost the patience and start to talk loudly to the customer. Finally, somehow, they settled the issues and she left.

What I want to say if any owners of the business hire foreign workers choose one who has at least some customers skills, speak proper English and have some respect to...

They never have Canadian maple donuts here. I'm pretty sure the staff have found a way to syphon funds off gift cards people use in the store because I only bought 6 donuts and my $15 gift card was empty the next time I went in a month later. I rarely go to Tim's so I wouldn't forget going to Tim's and spending the rest of my gift card (also why would I keep a gift card with 0$ on it for so long unless I thought there was ~5$ left?). I'm 100% sure they took the money off themselves. Also I write down everything I eat so I can see that I didn't eat anything else from Tim's in between visits. Call the police. The third customer service agent I called cleared this up a lot more by letting me know that the funds were removed from my gift card 3 DAYS AFTER I went to the store and was told it was empty. It was not this location, it was the Wendy's/Tim's location. I will adjust my ratings for this location upon editing this review with this follow up...

Every time I come to this location and order a BLT you guys neverrrrrr put mayo on my sandwich. Do you know how dry the sandwich is without any sauce on it!? Today it happened again and when I asked the girl making my BLT about the mayo she told me it’s extra which I thought was very stupid so I went back to the front cashier to pay for the mayo when the same girl thought about what she said and called me back to give it to me free of charge. Now if I had gone through the drive through like I normally do I would t have noticed until I got to work there was no mayo on my sandwich which normally happens. I was somewhat happy to see there was a small glob of mayo on my sandwich but annoyed to see the lettuce was wilted slimy and very brown and there was no care in putting my sandwich together.
