Pita Pit — Restaurant in Orangeville

Wow the 2 girls working April 2nd 2019 must have been hired on April first because they both are some freaking joke! I am willing to bet that the store owner is getting other services in exchange for the jobs they have, because from the service my wife and I received from them, it would be bad for business to have them both as employees running the store they own. And ladies if your reading this review I would suggest you both quit the job and quit feeding each other ideas of how to run a store. You both need a lesson in respect for customers and proper hygiene. When working in the food industry, wiping your noses on the gloves you touch food with is the way disease gets transmitted to others... our food went into the garbage and we are going to contact head office tomorrow about your piis poor attitudes and poor service that you justify between yourselves....

I ordered a southwest chicken .... the girl who took my order was the same one who made it.... i only put spinach hummus and avocado on it.... so disappointed that the hummus was frozen... the girl said that she cant defrost it faster or it will not taste good.... honestly she should have said they were out... so gross to hear its frozen product....no southwest sauce was put on it either. ...when i called back a girl answered and said it wasnt on the menu ... seriously she could have said something so i could remind her 3 minutes later to put it on... i mean i shouldn't be surprised that she couldnt remember since the only other customer in the store with me ordered a pita bowl and she asked her if she wanted white or whole wheat ..... so disappointed in my pita...this is not the first time ...i wont be back to...

I went with my family to get pitas. I ordered a small gyro. I get home and the wrap was ridiculously small. Like super small. So I went all the way back to complain and get an actual wrap worth the 10$ that I paid. The girl was pleasant as I was probably being a Karen but when I pay over 10 bucks for a wrap I want a wrap. Sure enough, when I went back in, there were 2 people getting pitas..they were HUGE. So I pointed to the lady and said that's a wrap!!!. She made me a new one but it wasn't much bigger then the one I took back. I won't go again. My families wraps were pathetic too but they were too hungry to bring them back. I didn't end up eating the wrap anyways. The donar sauce was like eating jam. It was that sweet. I spat it...
