Honestly I don't even know what to say I went through the drive-thru ordered a medium double and a bagel double toasted extra butter

I checked my bagel the amount of butter on the bagel in all honesty would have been enough to put lots of butter on about 12 bagels it was ridiculous but honestly that is not the problem, it's the attitude of the staff and how ignorant they are and how they throw the blame on the customer by saying that I got what I asked for, it is honestly a joke how far this franchise has fallen and it's BC the employees simply put don't give a $Hi+

Worst Time Horton's ever. I ordered large iced coffee with extra cream and sugar. First the staff made a medium one and I said I ordered large. Then she made the large one. But the iced coffee she made is really hard to drink. There very less sugar and cream and too much coffee. It's really hard to drink. They don't know how to make and the attitude of those two girls in closing shift of the shop is really bad. They're not even checking or making the order properly. I come into the restaurant with a complicated order today for a customer and had the pleasure of dealing with Bryce who was quickly able to decipher the order, input the order in with no issues and complete the order accurately in a very impressive amount of time. He was helpful, knowledgeable and an absolute delight to do business with. Going forward I will go out of my way to visit this location when Bryce is working knowing I couldn’t be in better hands with my orders and the efficiency of receiving them. Thank you Bruce! You...
