If I could give a 0 rating for my experience, I would. We ordered and paid for two pizzas. We sat next door waiting at a brasserie. Mine arrived first, the Verdi. It looked like mush. The crust was not cooked and tasted like uncooked spaghetti stick. The rest was on such a thin base that I couldn't even eat it it with a fork and knife. I ate one piece and returned to the pizzeria and described the problem. The manager told me I know nothing about pizza, that it is supposed to be like that and that is how they eat pizza in Italy. He was rude and patronizing. He did not offer any exchange. He just said, "Sorry." And I had already paid about $25.
