I have never written a review but due to the owners misbehaviour and his rude behaviour i am going to warn people about the place . i have been eating at cyrus on and off for a year never had an issue but today we got our kebabs and they were smelly i went to the counter to address my concern and the lady on the counter told me to wait for the owner this is while we are having our food so i waited for him the owner comes out instead of being nice and listening to me he started shouting at me and dragged me to a walk in cooler and made me smell a kebab ?

Instead of coming out and sit down and solve our issue and smell the meat he served he starts shouting at me and creating a scene?

I told him to replace my food with chicken instead of beef he walk's away.

I came back to my seat and the server was so embarrassed and she was so appolgitic and tells me you guys are right its just how cyrus is ?

What is that suppose to mean ? You cant expect people to eat bad meat ! Anyhow the server replaces our food with some cheap chicken skewers on the menu which is not the same as the one we got on our vazeeri.

Long story short ! You dont yell at your customers when you cant. Make your food right and then serve them with crap chicken .
