Krispy Fry Oshawa — Restaurant in Oshawa

Tried KrispyFry recently and was pleasantly surprised by the quality. The name doesn’t lie, the crispiness is absolutely on point. Every bite had that satisfying crunch you hope for, and the aroma was mouthwatering even before I opened the box. You could tell it was freshly made and well-fried.

I had placed a phone order, and the pickup experience was smooth. It took about 5 minutes after I arrived to get my order, which is reasonable and shows they were preparing it fresh rather than just pulling it off a heat lamp.

I ordered a mix of regular and spicy options. Both had a solid flavor profile. The spicy variety had just the right amount of kick, noticeable but not overpowering. The regular was more subtle, which balanced things well when mixed.

Only drawback? The salt. It was noticeably on the lower side for both variants. A little more seasoning would really make the flavors pop. Not asking for heavy sodium, just enough to complement the crunch and enhance the taste. Hopefully, they’ll dial it in better next time.

Typically like going here. However tonight was a different story. We placed our carry out order and waited as per usual. No problem. Hands us the large bag and off we go. Get home open it up and the fries are missing. Two orders.... at this point I understand human error. I made a call and said "I will be coming to get them- I am however bringing it ALL back because by the time I go and wait and get back everything else will be cold and gross". Before anyone says "I could have kept it warm" don't bother. That isn't the point. We went for dine in 1 time and also got delivered 1 time to this place. On the First day went to here for a dine in and the burgers were delicious even though my brother said there was too much mayo and it was it was sticking on his hands, I liked that it had lots of mayo, but the only problem was that it took 15-25 minutes and there were only four seats so as a single table. So yeah, the waiting times are kind of long & the lack of space but everything else was great! The second time, we got a delivery from Uber, it was even better! We got deluxe chicken on fries and it was so good! We ate it in our car and my favourite part was the mayonnaise (Mayo for short.) and that’s why it made it so good!
