This morning we ordered from this location for delivery, our total was 43.00. When it was delivered the bag was ripped open and unsealed. At 1st I never paid much attention until I started looking thru our messy bag and found out that our order was missing the 50 timbits. Needless to say I was angry, and I phoned the store. Kim, manager? She answered and patiently let me speak, then tried to explain how Tim's doesnt deliver but a 3rd party does. Kim confirmed that when the driver picked up our order the bag was COMPLETELY SEALED and the Tim bits were included as shown on the camera. Kim totally understood my frustration. By now I was ashamed how I acted over the phone, and said I would phone back once I figured out what I wanted to do. Kim kindly offered to remake the WHOLE order, and I said thank you but no as it left your store in perfect condition! After we hung up, Kim phoned back and said I'm going to bring you your timbits. I was FLOORED that this kind human was willing to bring our item over because she felt bad. Now I feel awful because I wasnt the most kind person to Kim. I asked her not to but at this point she was determined to make this right. In a couple minutes Kim dropped off not only our timbits and a free coffee.Kim was so kind the whole way thru, I have learned a huge lesson from her!! Be kind at all times, even when you're right!! Kim I hope your day wasnt ruined by my anger? Because Kim you made our day GREAT!! Just by your wonderful kindness!! Have a great...
Read moreThis location is our GO TO location each morning. We frequent this location on a daily basis. Most of the staff know us and our coffee order without having to even ask. The weekday morning staff are all friendly, amazing people! However, it becomes frustrating when the very few decide to argue with us about the accuracy of our order. Our coffee order never changes; a medium and large dd with caramel. If you drink coffee, you know how you get your coffee and you know how you like it. So there was this new male âmanagerâ on this evening (whom weâve never seen before) and he argued that itâs ONE shot of caramel in each of our coffees, when indeed itâs always been â3 pumps for medium; 4 pumps for largeâ. As I mentioned above, our order never changes. $5.25 for two mediums, $5.55 for a medium & large. For some reason, this manager thinks weâre supposed to pay for each shot of caramel into our coffee âŚ. How is a manager not aware of the CORRECT syrup to coffee ratio ? I think it should be posted in each store right by the syrup area, that way all employees are on the same page and donât end up arguing with the customer over it. Itâs distasteful customer service when a new manager comes into a location that does not usually work there, and takes it upon himself to argue with a regular customer about their coffee. Tim Hortons, please post the syrup-to-coffee ratio on the wall in the restaurant for...
Read moreMy first few times going there has been fine, but Sunday night I went to go get a quick coffee and this one kid was working cash. So he takes the order in front of me, stands there for a minute then says ooh one minute. Stares at the screen in the back for a bit then makes a wrap for what felt like 5 minutes, comes back hands out the wrap, sits at the front again for a minute again, (at this point someone behind me in line has already left and Iâve been standing there for 7 minutes or so) then he goes back again and does the same stare at the screen for a bit and starts making something else. Like duiuude I just want a coffeeeee. I waited for like 12 minutes and no one took an order so I left. Iâm not blaming the kid in the front, I got a feeling heâs new, but there was like 4 people working drive thru that couldâve helped him you know? They would stare at him occasionally but never help or come take an order real quick. Poor kid was stressing out trying to make the food I saw him burn his hand on the panini press đ. Iâm not even mad about my experience, but your staff should realize when someone is overwhelmed and trying to do things they canât necessarily do themselves yet, or is just getting to be too much. Like 3 people on drive thru and only one kid making food and taking orders up front? That makes...
