Reading the reviews of others i've discovered I have the exact same problems as them. The entire staff needs to be properly trained or replaced. I went today to this location for lunch to grab a treat while in town. I made a huge mistake. I have NEVER had such a poor experience with Thai food as this place. Sadly I was getting take out and didn't discover the issue till I was home half an hour later or I would have instantly complained and asked for a refund. I ordered my food and wasn't served until multiple ppl were served before me that had ordered after me. Staff have 0 care for customers taking their sweet time whispering among each other and on their cell phones. I ordered a Chicken Pad Thai and where do I even begin. The chicken was like rubber, the noodles were undercooked and crunchy. Even the tofu was hard and the noodles were drowning in a sloppy brown sauce. Now I don't know how they did this, but they put the wrong sauce in the noodles. It wasn't even Pad thai they had messed up the order so bad. Between the poor service, careless staff, and horrible food quality I will never be coming back to this location again. If you're a Thai lover looking for real good food don't waste your money here, I highly suggest the Thai express in the Oshawa centre. It beats this place by...

Ordering from here is such a hit or miss. This time was a big miss. I ordered from skip because I’m sick and didn’t want to bring that into the store. The soup was made great. The chicken fried rice with added general Thai chicken was missing the Thai chicken. When I called I was told there is nothing they could do because it was through skip. Being 37 weeks pregnant and very sick as mentioned … I drove to the store to have it added. As soon as I walked in I hear ‘here we go’. Zero accountability that they forgot an item. Another dish was made and general Thai chicken was added so I left. After checking my meal there was zero sauce on the added chicken …. Basically chicken nuggets thrown on my meal. Since when is an added $4 general Thai chicken is just breaded chicken thrown on a dish? After asking them to call the supervisor and explaining myself yet again … they tossed them in the right sauce. Such an easy fix that was made into a massive conflict for no reason. Then I got to go home and reheat my cold soup …. I order often from Thai express but won’t be using this location anymore...

Thought I would give this location another chance and order the curry chicken dinners, our usual. Chicken was overcooked and terrible for both of them. Not only that, for $26 you now get LESS than you used to. They don't use the plastic takeout bowls anymore (900g), now they use much smaller (580g) tall plastic lined containers. What are they thinking? Ya great idea...charge more and give 'em less...Not impressed. On top of that the red curry chicken was so bad that my bf refuses to eat it. I feel totally ripped off. A waste of hard earned money. The last time I ordered from there I picked up an order of Red curry and yellow chicken curry... the difference in weight was very noticeable...so much so that we got out our kitchen scale and weighed each. The yellow chicken curry was 300g LESS then the red!! If the store wasn't so much out of the way I would have taken both back to get an explanation to the half bowl of yellow chicken curry I paid for. 50% less when I paid the same amt is inexcusable. The chicken was way overcooked and rubbery...
