I wish if I could given an option to rate negative rating for this restaurant for the worst ever experience. I recently ordered their uber special BOGO 2 Yalla Chicken Bowl and 2 Chicken Shawarma wraps. The quantity of chicken on all items are very less compare to full price they charge. The bowl and wraps are filled with full of unecessary veggies toppings, less rice and with few chicken pieces in it. When I called the restaurant about this issues, the staff trying to argue instead of accepting their mistake or trying to fix the problem and the staff did accept that they know about the quantity issues and they are purposefully setting up this restrctions based on the price paid on uber versus promotions. So what's the points you are running this special BOGO uber promotions when you know you will ruined customers money. The food which we ordered wasn't enough for the family and its ruined our experience so far with this restaurant, worst customer service so far. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have been coming here for years with great food, it has it ups and downs but this, it was stupid, i called and ordered 4 shawarmas 2 mild (specifically said no spice/not spicy a million times) and she didnt tell me what her mild was, wherever mild means not spicy, so i go and pickup my shawarma 15-20 mins after ordering and they didnt even start, so i didnt care it was fine i had the 3-4 mins. But then i come home to see the shawarmas and i get a bite and this thing, itās disgustingly spicy (the mild/ no spice ones), so i call, this lady who made my order shes fighting with me saying its not my problem u cant tolerate spicešš. And shes basically telling me its my fault. I will not be going here again. Even after going here dozens of times. New worker?
