I went there this morning and the woman at the cash charges me $19.04 for an Everything bagel with ham, cheese and egg and a grande cappuccino? That's pure nonsense! It SHOULD NOT cost THAT much! And then when I told her and the guy preparing the food, they act like it was nothing so guess what? I'm not going there EVER again. You guys just lost a valuable customer all because of your lack of common sense and being so careless and not helpful. No wonder Starbucks locations are closing down. You guys need a better business model, better customer service and even better quality of food! Thanks for nothing! šš¼

This has happened to me multiple times and leaves me disappointed. No points for a Starbucks location is ridiculous. They close way too early. When you do order what you want they Ethier take to long, forget your order, or do it wrong.
Corporate truly needs to whip this location back into shape, or pull out of its campus location. It is destroying its brand image. Please give me an experience to change...
