St. Louis Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Oshawa

Everything is good here, the bartenders are friendly, the food is very good here and the beer choice is versatile which is very nice. But I'm leaving a 1 star review because the owner needs to listen to the customer review coz there's no soap in the men's washroom Last I was here was about more than a month and still its empty Why???? The owner, do something about it. Or live with this one star Don't you care about men's hygiene?

My bartender Claire is amazing, but I watched the owner yell at her but she didn't deserve it. She even brought me wipes to sanitize my hands when i brought the issue up. Very unfair

I will leave a 5 star review once there's soap in men's washroom

Update: even the sanitizer outside of the washroom is completely empty Maybe they think that we're too drunk to care about our sanitization

Update: they finally added soap in the men's washroom. Thank you for your cooperation and I'm updating my review to 2 stars coz the bartenders didn't even care to ask me for another drink. I finished my drink and still waiting for a reception for more than 20 minutes. Maybe they want me to leave without paying. What the hell

Update: Claire is back here and she took care of me. God bless every bar with a bartender like her. She is the best, most charming. We are best friends now. Seriously, give her a bonus. She should be the manager here. Updating my review to 5 coz of her. What a nice person.

Update: Amanda is the best bartender here. She always gets me to try best drinks here. I tried Kronenbeurg Blanc, which I never heard of before, obviously suggested by Amanda, and I was absolutely amazed by the taste. Amanda really knows what drinks are best.

St Louis is really the greatest bar in Oshawa. Me and my friend Rob always come here on weekends. Delicious food, delicious beer

Update: I've been here again, and Arrianna delivered the best experience ever, too. She brought my drink chill, it was cold and I enjoyed it. She promised me to take me with her to the game if she wins the contest, so make make her WIN

Attn:Management. If this was a mystery shop visit the experience would be a fail. Pull up the camera footage on Dec 20th 2020 at 8:15 pm. Arrived to this location, waited about five mins at the door for the waitress to awknowledge, and seat my husband and I. She was listing beer options to a patron but should have awknowledged us at the door and advised she'd be there soon. Note there are only three small occupied tables (not busy at all). We were taken to a corner seat beside the Christmas tree you have up. We were given menus. It took the waitress a very long time to get back to our table to take our drink and food orders (a ceasar, two waters, mozzarella sticks, tacos and a pound of wings). So our orders are taken and while we wait all we can hear is the waitress complain to another employee or herself aloud about how today is so annoying for her. Her complaining contained swear words as well. Thankfully we didn't bring our children with us. To our surprise she was yelling at tables from the bar area asking each table if they needed anything instead of walking up and asking each table. What on earth.. Anyways 45 mins passes no Ceasar and no food. We are considering at this point just getting up and leaving. She all of a sudden comes to our table and says, '' omg I'm so sorry, what did you guys order again? '' we repeated our order and she apologized for forgetting to put the order in. So she offerred to void the appetizer. At this point we're so hungry and upset. The food eventually comes out after another 20 minutes. What a waste of our time. In the end we still didn't get our Ceasar we ordered TWICE. At this point we just wanted to eat and get out. Horrible service. Staff should not be openly and loudly complaining for patrons to hear, staff should not be yelling tables from a distance to check on them. Staff are expected to be competent and at minimum put the orders in and see to it they get fulfilled. Terrible experience. We were there to celebrate our 5 year anniversary. What an...

Came here a few months ago with my boyfriend and sister we placed an order for pick up and decided to stay for a few drinks. The service here was absolutely TERRIBLE! It was about 11pm when we walked in and we went to sit by the bar. The bar was pretty much full so we understood the lady was busy, (it was also dirty but it was the only available seat at the bar) about 10 mins go by and no one comes to service us, I get up walk over to waiter and told her we are here for a pick up order and asked if we could get some service and if she could clean the bar, she rolls her eyes and then proceeds to my group and asks them our order and cleans table. We order 2 shots each and got our food. We forgot to order some juice along with the shots, we try to get her attention and we get completely ignored. I get up and walk over to her again, ask her for juice. I see it is now last call, so I ask for a round of beers for my group. The bartender tells me we cannot order more than 2 oz…. and it’s last call so we will not be served. Shortly after that, she goes to 3 tables and serves them all beer AFTER last call. I go to ask her why weren’t served and she tells us she does not have to serve us if she doesn’t want too. No one from my group was inebriated before entering this establishment, we took an Uber there(we came there for drinks so no one was driving). We were denied service, simply because the lady did not want to serve us. She was rude the minute we walked in. & I’ve never been to a bar where you cannot order more than a double! There is 3.75 oz in a Long Island iced tea alone! There is great location 10 mins up the road, south Oshawa and I’d rather spend a little extra money and time going there, then come to this location right...
