Hate to be that guy... But my first time ordering through my friends recommendation and through his own account(skip) I was not impressed. We spend about 56 dollars for Gulab jamun, veggie thali and the special platter with chicken Biryani, the chicken Biryani that came with the patter was warm, while the side order that I'm assuming it was supposed to be with the veggie thali (normally plain rice) was cold... There is also another side that came with veggie thali that is potatoes in a sauce was also cold. The spring rolls and samosas that come with the platter was over fried. Like it was refried or fried too Long. My friend who always ordered from Mithas had previously ordered Mithas every day for a few months told me he stopped ordering because food was inconsistent and would some times find rocks or some sort of hard substance in the Gulab jamun which is a soft treat. He hoped the recent reviews which has been positive had maybe have him come back. But for my self first time trying I will not be ordering from here again. Like I said , hate to be that guy to leave a bad review for an small business, but it is my first and last time ordering . Hopefully Mithas can correct these issues...

I recently purchased samosas and I must say that I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the product. The samosas were not fresh and had a frozen stuffing that seemed like it had been made using some pre-made preserved ingredients. The texture of the stuffing was soggy and unappetizing.
It was quite evident that the samosas had not been prepared freshly and had been stored for a long time. The overall taste of the samosas was bland and lacked any flavor that one would expect from a freshly made samosa. It was a complete waste of money and I regretted buying them.
I would not recommend anyone to buy samosas from this store/restaurant unless they want to waste their money on stale and unappetizing food. The quality of the samosas was poor and the fact that they used pre-made preserved stuffing is a clear indication of their lack of commitment towards delivering fresh and tasty food to their customers.
Overall, my experience with the samosas from this store/restaurant was highly disappointing, and I would advise others to stay...
Read moreI donât know about other items, But the only thing I purchased from them was Gajar ka Halwa that was so bad in taste. It lacked mewa, it wasnât fresh and it wasnât sweet at all. I called the shop and they were saying we donât add much sugar as kisi ko sugar ki problem ho sakti hai. It made no sense. Ironically their restaurant name is âmithaasâ They sell the costliest gajar ka halwa among all the Indian restraunts, almost double the price and it tasted like the worst. Instead of offering a compensation, remake or a refund, they just said we will take care of it for the next time.. if you guys do not care about the ruined experience of a customer and the hard earned money they spend on your food then thereâs no point of running food business. I have had bad food at other places as well but the resolution to my complaints were always better than a âsorryâ. I think you really donât care about feedback and word of mouth among the customers. I would never...
