Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Oshawa

My experience here was VERY disappointing; today was not the first time I've had issues with this location. The customer service was terrible; one of the employees on cash werected extremely slow, and all appeared unfriendly. One of the employees jumped from cash, to making pizza, to answering the phone AND making pizza, and handling money all without washing her hands. Not to mention no gloves were worn, she had jewelry on, and only one employee had a hair net on (cross contamination, and breach of health and safety regulations). When brought to their attention, there was no apology, no offer to re-make the food, and no accountability for their actions. Instead, we were dismissed with a dirty look, and no kind departure verbalization. When we arrived home, and went to eat the cinnamon bites (the only item we ordered), they smelled and tasted like garlic as if they were made on...

On Sunday May 7th/2023 @ 6:45pm I ordered a Medium Pepperoni Pizza. The cashier at the time told me that My Pizza would be about 7 minutes as I wanted it to be fresh. 3 people came in after myself and ordered there Pizza. The 3 people that had ordered after me. Got there Pizza. While i was still waiting 25 minutes before I finally complained. The cashier was Very rude and Asked for a receipt. I was floored. Couldn't beleave it. I've been coming to this Location for approximately 15yrs. I also have ordered many Pizzas for our local Hospital as we do have certain functions throughout the year. NEVER AGAIN will I order from this location. The cashier was ultimately very rude. No apologies for the long wait. Just complete attitude. Like I was at fault. The staff should be retrained. I am however concerned that not one single employee that I could see was wearing gloves while preparing or handling all customers food. There were staff without hairnets. The staff were rude and pushy regarding my order. I watched the cashier take my dirty change, put it in the cash register and then go and touch crazy bread with her bare hands. When I pointed this out to the employee, she rolled her eyes at me and told me her boss wasn't in and I would have to return another day if I wanted to make "unwanted complaints"

Since Little Ceasers Bloor st. Oshawa does not want "unwanted" complaints, I figured I'd just write a review.
