Worst customer service EVER! They messed my order then made me drive 10 mins back to the store to return it. Made it sound like it was my fault they messed up then were rude, when I told her there was less wings in the box than I had ordered she touched my food with her dirty fingers. Completely rude to the point I left with less food than I paid for that had been touched by the employees dirty hands after I explicitly asked her not to touch the food as her hands were dirty. I would give a negative 20 stars if I could. Update: Manager called me, he offered to cover replacement order and apologized, went in and got the same female employee who again had attitude and horrible customer. He had requested I take the review down however given the service when I went in again, I would have given a very similar review. Over all the store is not bad however employees have way too much attitude for no reason. This location definitely needs to work on their customer service. We have ordered from this location a dozen times and will not be giving them yet another chance. The only reason we kept trying is because I really like the garlic butter dip and we enjoy the jalapeno poppers.

I had them deliver maybe 3-4 times and each time the driver had difficulty understanding English or delivering to the correct address. We then took to picking our order up and while the place is clean, they do mock customers in their own language and have failed to practice proper hygiene on a few occasions. The staff should be more mindful of who takes phone orders as some workers have only a very basic understanding of the English language.

The pizza toppings are ALWAYS VERY SPARSE so order extra toppings if you want an average amount. They do undercook items and are unwilling to correct either of the above food issues. If I could give 0 stars I would, ordered garlic knots from this Papa Johns location and drove 20 minutes out to get it since it's a bit late, but I've never been met with poorer quality food in all my life. In the photos I've posted you can see that for some reason there is burnt melted cheese on them (garlic knots don't come with cheese) and the presentation was atrocious! They weren't even twisted in knots they were more like balled up strings of dough. The worst part is that they were completely raw and inedible. Ripping them appart was like playing with play dough and it was so nasty that my boyfriend and I both felt sick after. What a waste of $10! Will not order from here ever again!

UPDATE: I was contacted by store management and they gave us a credit towards the garlic knots and supposedly spoke to their staff members about quality checks on the food before it's sent out. Would've preferred a refund but anything is better than...
