Mucho Burrito North Oshawa (Clearbrook Drive) has become my absolute go-to spot whenever I’m craving fresh and flavorful Mexican food. Every visit is fantastic, and the quality is always consistent. I usually order the chicken burrito or a burrito bowl, and both are always packed with flavor. The chicken is seasoned perfectly, and I love piling on cheese, veggies, salsa, and their fresh guacamole. The medium slasa and chipotle sauces are my personal favorites – they give the food that extra kick without being too spicy.
What makes this location stand out is not just the food, but the amazing service. The staff are always welcoming, patient, and super friendly, even during busy times. They take the time to explain the choices and never make you feel rushed when customizing your order. You can tell they really care about giving every customer the best experience.
The restaurant itself is always clean, bright, and inviting. Whether I dine in or grab takeout, the service is quick and efficient. The portions are generous, and everything tastes so fresh that you can clearly tell the difference compared to other spots.
It’s also great that they offer healthier options while still being filling and delicious – it’s perfect for lunch, dinner, or even catering for a group.
If you’re in North Oshawa and looking for fresh, delicious Mexican food made just the way you like it, I highly recommend the Mucho Burrito on Clearbrook Drive. It’s easily one of the best restaurants in the area, and I’ll definitely keep...
Read moreThis Mucho Burrito location- 1340 Clearbrook, is an absolute DISASTER and a perfect example of how greed can destroy a business. The food quality is beyond terrible — burritos are cold, tasteless, and packed with CHEAP INGREDIENTS. It’s crystal clear that the owners are cutting costs in every possible way, completely ignoring customers and quality. During their “Buy One Get One” deals, they shamelessly instruct employees to reduce the amount of meat, especially beef and steak, because it’s “too costly.” Instead, they overload the burritos with rice — the cheapest filler — and barely add any proper toppings. Cold toppings like cheese, salsa, and guacamole are given in tiny, insulting amounts just to save a few cents.
What’s worse is the way the owners treat their staff and customers. You can feel the tension and unhappiness among the employees, who are clearly forced to follow unfair rules. The entire operation feels cheap, careless, and purely money-driven. The portions are laughably small for the prices they charge, and nothing tastes fresh anymore. It’s honestly disappointing and embarrassing to see a brand like Mucho Burrito being run this poorly. If I could give this place ZERO STARS, I would. Save your money and your appetite — this store is a complete rip-off and a total disgrace to...
Read moreAs a customer, it's frustrating to see how poorly this Mucho Burrito location is run. Service is slow, the atmosphere is chaotic, and it’s always the same few staff members trying to do everything at once — cooking, serving, cleaning, and handling orders. It's clear management is cutting corners, and it shows in the overall experience. What’s worse is how the employees are treated. Despite being kind, hardworking, and doing their best under pressure, they’re overwhelmed and disrespected. I was shocked to learn they don’t even receive the tips left by customers — not from the system or the tip jar. Watching owners yell at staff in front of customers is disgraceful. These workers deserve better, and so do the people walking through the door. This review comes not just from a frustrated customer, but from someone who’s concerned about the wellbeing of the people behind the counter. The toxic environment created by greedy and indifferent management is affecting everyone — staff and customers alike. It’s a real shame to see a strong brand name dragged down by owners who clearly care more about cutting corners than running a respectful,...
