Pizza Pizza — Restaurant in Oshawa

WOST COSTUMER SERVICE EVER!!! and they leave their pizza out for hours i order a deluxe slice and my pepperoni was burgundy/brown and my mushrooms were 100% not fresh and it tasted disgusting i only ate half a slice and it gave me a stomach ache, when i can go to any other pizza pizza and enjoy a slice of pizza. They jack the prices up for students at lunch time(told me the 4.99 walk in special was $9 when later that day i came and got the 4.99 special for 4.99), they use false advertisements, my friend ordered poutine and they claimed not to sell poutine when its on the menu, and outside school hours they magically sell it again. And people who are at least 4 people in line behind me get the same thing i ordered before me, the workers are very rude to the costumers.i ordered a small box of fries and they messed u and gave me a large and the workers started yelling atme trying to take the box of fries from me , just because they were losing a dollar on a mistake they made. They have started illegally taking photos without permission of costumers. If you dont know TO RUN A BUSINESS OR EVEN PRETEND TO THEN DONT. I like to come here for lunch but not anymore! I am NOT a happy costumer! Im going to tell my friends not to eat...

Absolutely the worst service I have ever had.

Tried to order a medium walk in special they tried to charge me 13$ I said it wasn't right and then they got confused and didn't know how to put it in so I had to wait awhile. They said it would be 15-20 minutes which is aid was no problem I asked for my reciept but they walked away and yelled something to someone in the back of the store, they then when they came back I tried to ask again but they threw it out and walked away. I sat down to wait and in about 5 minutes the shouted "cheese pizza" and literally threw it and let it slam down and slide down the counter I found this very rude. I took my pizza and left but when I went to eat it I was absolutely disgusted and disappointed. There was some large black burnt piece of what appeared to be paper/cardboard in the middle of the pizza, the cheese was mangled and wasn't fully covering the pizza, the slicees were hardly cut and it was impossible to pull apart, and worst of all THE BOTTOM WAS ENTIRELY BURNT! it tasted disgusting I ate one slice and I couldn't even eat anymore it was just a disappointment. Will never be eating their again, 0/10 would...

My family orders pizza from here all the time it’s not bad. But one of the employees tried to get my teenage sister to purchase $25 worth of food when she was trying to claim a free pizza sliced that she acquired from the raptors game the night before. When confronted she said the same thing to me and i told her that’s not how it works and no one asked me to buy food in order to redeem my slice the last time I was there which was not even a week prior. The employee then said she “didn’t know” and that she would ask. She pretended to be on the phone with someone and I only knew this because she held her phone to her ear, but didn’t say a word the entire time, and her phone screen was on showing no call being active. After a few minutes of making us wait she put the phone down and just gave us the slices. The rest of the staff have always been kind to us though, never had a problem with...
