Thanks to TATYANA and LORRAINE, you made my day. People love Timmies because they employ people like you. Always smiling, cheerful, spreading positive vibe and always accurate order. Thanks for being super nice, keep the vibe. Timmies is not just about quality food, it about the great service they offer too.
/*/ Working for nearby office. This my regular coffee stop for last 4 years. People are incredibly nice, even when they are damn too busy. Especially the old lady, every time she says "have a wonderful day honey". That sounds like home. My girlfriend always says, after a long working day, visiting this store is a relief. Nice people, nice food very clean.
Sorry to change my opinion My brain wanted to do 1 star rating, but my heart hesitant considering 100s of best experiences I have from this place.
Visited 05/24/2022, 4.15 pm. Saw same nice people, waved them a hi. Got in the counter to order food. I had a hard time to order, yes I was bit tired and the cashier was not really interested to hear. 4 pm not very busy, drive through is not very long and not too many customers inside, compared to their regular morning, 2.30 and night. She was very rushed, not sure why, but not my cup of tea.
I had to tell her to be nice to people, don't throw food, I hardly do it. The staff has thrown food to the counter and walked away. The man ordered after me was saying, usually this place nice unlike today.
Ordered coconut toasted chocolate donut, and got a regular coconut donut 🙁. It's a donut, it's edible, I am not an itchy finger to say, hey I need the exact same item. Happy to get what I ordered, but a regular donut is fine too
June 9 How good customer service can be. Thanks to Mike (Visited June 09, 2022) I walked quick to get sandwich and tea from busy work. I ordered everything push in my hands to grab the wallet to know, I missed it my car. I felt embarrassed.I said I am sorry I missed wallet, I will come back, I work cross the road. The staff so nice to, help to pay with Tim points on the busy lunch hours. Sincere...
Read moreI figured to share my experience as this being for me disappointing but just utterly rude and unbelievably terrible customer service now unfortunately I live in the area this is the closest Tim Hortons for me so I'm kind of stuck to it but I went this evening to get my self and my wife a Tai Chi latte as we normally do every so often now when I receive the cups after I had paid for my order I had noticed that the cops were extremely light and I could tell that majority of the cup was filled with froth or foam versus the actual Tai Chi liquid and I asked the representative or the individual at the window if they can kindly fill the cup up more as it was extremely light for both cups and more than half the cup felt to be foam and he refused I asked several times and he just kept saying no because the phone is like that and that's the way it comes there's nothing that they can do in regards to it so I'm extremely disappointed that I spent my money and I'll be sharing a picture along with this post to show that it's all foam I've been disappointed several times from this location it's one of the reasons why me and my family have really pulled back significantly from ordering out even in general because it's constant disappointment when going through either drive-throughs or some of these fast chain restaurants they're more in regards to taking your money than it is in regards to the customer service and when you do actually bring to light the disappointing Manner and the lack of service nothing ever seems to get done so if you just look into have something quick I would avoid this place at least it will do nothing but disappoint you...
Read moreHello Mike. Since your parents own the store and not you, you have no manners or talents in taking care of a food franchise. I have 20 years of experience in managing a restaurant. You have been very rude, telling us you cannot fix something because (!) you have to wait for a manager to come in. You also told me my husband was lying, because he was on the phone and not in person at the store. So it was "Inevitable he would lie". He is a 25 year Military Vet, and is dying now from it. (Stage 4 cancer from a blood transfusion has turned to cancer now.) It makes him sick to his stomach to know he was hurt to help people like you live a peaceful life. So stop lying to customers, you are financially able to make decisions and adjustments immediately in the store. Stop passing the buck to George, that has to clean up your horrible mess. He deserves to own the store much more than you do! And I'm handicapped. My friend has to check EVERYTHING she gets for me because there are so many errors. She has no time to turn around and get things fixed. Nor should she. Step down my friend, you are far from being a leader. And if my husband had known what you had said about him lying on the phone at that time, he would've come down to ask you to say that to him in person. You are much nicer to male customers than female. You seem to see us as stupid things that don't deserve fair treatment. It comes out when you sneer at us and walk away while we...
