I Ordered pizza with a set time that I had forgotten to remove online. I thenCalled pizza pizza customer service to have that removed. They told me it was removed and that I should expect my pizza order finished earlier. I went there and it wasn’t ready based on the time I was told by the customer service agent. I then called them again and told them the situation. They then called that location that I was picking up from and they told the customer service agent that it was ready and pretty much saying that I was lying. When I had got there the first time it was not ready and they told me that they had not started my order because they thought it was suppose to be ready for a later time. They then told me it would taken10 to 12 minutes or less. But when I came back to pick up the pizza the second time, they were saying that it was ready and that I wasn’t in the store when it was ready when I was and they told me I would have to wait 10-12 minutes. They had lied to customer service and were trying to gaslight me to my face. They were extremely rude and disrespectful. They should be absolutely ashamed of themselves for their dishonest character. I believe the owners are Muslims for that was who I was dealing with. In their book (the Quran) their false god boasts about being the best of deceivers (Sura 3:54). Ordered pizza and wings, bit into the second slice of pizza and found plastic in it. Like a cut up corner of a milk bag. Almost swallowed it but knew something tasted off.
Call customer service, let them know the present I found in my pizza and was on hold for 25 mins. I try to finish food during that time, but who wants to eat when their constantly doing a double take on their food. Customer service responds back, says I need to bring pizza in so I do.
I come in walking with the pizza in hand into the store. Staff in back look at me and start smiling, they must think I'm trying to scam them. I ignore it, maybe they smirk that way with all customers that come in. I give them pizza, they inspect it, and replace it unapologetically, as if it's my fault. While waiting, one of the staff starts asking me if I ate with a fork and spoon which is probably where the plastic came from. Who eats pizza with a fork and spoon?? News to me. Pizza came out, shoved over to me.
Last time I'll be there and suggest others to avoid if they don't want to find plastic in their food with staff who could care less it seems and more about getting scammed.

I’ll put up two pictures— what it’s supposed to look like and what we got. Again I call customer service and they’re willing to offer me. Four dollars to compensate me for wasting 20 bucks to take an Uber to go pick it up and on top of that disappointing my children. So I finally let them know that you know we send you all of our business and we’re gonna not do that anymore. If this is the service that people are gonna be getting and they quickly sent out another Pizza only for it to look the exact same way, so apparently they are cutting corners cutting toppings , BUYER BEWARE!!!
