Pizza House — Restaurant in Oshawa

I want to give everyone fair warning in regards to Pizza House we've lived in Durham for 9 years we have visited Pizza House on several occasions and have enjoyed their Pizza but we've had multiple situations with this establishment and the most recent one was extremely frustrating and disappointing to say the least we have found hair before we have had extremely soggy Pizza multiple times I uploaded a picture with the most recent situation I should have learned when we found a hair in our food and it wasn't a small one it was quite disgusting would make anyone feel regretful for even thinking of ever ordering fast food again but with the most recent incident and ordering the food for my family and having received it the way it was was just extremely disappointing because of the amount of inconvenience an expense that it came to me having to go there in order to return the pizza after being told on the phone there was nothing they can do because the manager wasn't available coming to a point where I had to dispute a refund as they laugh and mocked me in my face like I was a joke for expecting my pizza not to have a giant soggy wet spot through the entire center of it on occasions we've truly enjoyed pizza house but moving forward my family and friends I have all admitted through my experience that they will never be ordering from this establishment again I advise anyone that respects and values their time and money to take the extra effort in finding another Pizza restaurant to order from this restaurant as there food has been on multiple occasions disgusting which they take no accountability it seems but just looking at their restaurant the place is under maintained and I have seen the pizzas on display have flies the floors being extremely dirty and the staff at times can come across confused and rude as I said if you respect your time and money choose another location to get your pizza...

THIS WAS MY GO-TO PIZZA PLACE, NOT ANY MORE! Small place, very noisy and chaotic environment. I would not recommend to dine-in. Staff are very disorganized and unapologetic when they make mistakes. This is not the first time they messed up my order but I never complained before because, after all, mistakes happen. And when they messed up my orders, they usually don't give me everything I payed for (i usually get delivery and understand that its not ideal to send the driver again for 1 item that they forgot). Anyways, when I finally raised my complaint, they were treating me as if I was lying. When I brought proof, they continued to say that it is not their fault and refuse to take responsibility! Never did they say they where sorry for the error or for they way they were handling the complaint. To add, potato wedges are seasoned unevenly and ketchup packets are mixed in with your food. Creamy garlic tastes weird. They also changed their specials by reducing the amount of toppings and number of pops but the price is still the same. Owner told me not to order there anymore after the third time I returned our food due to there new girl getting our order wrong 3 times in a month we order 3 times a week at least from here pizza is better than most boneless wings are the best around but they don’t put nearly enough sauce on most the time so ask for extra but the last time I ordered half bacon and other half ham with pepperoni on the whole thing I got pepperoni missing on 3 slices Not even half bacon and ham on the whole thing when I returned it he tried to tell me the ham on the bacon half was actually bacon I said it was not he got mad I ate a piece in front of him said this is not bacon and it looks just like the ham on the other half and he said not to come back unfortunate cause they do have the best pizza and wings around but I just don’t understand what happend how can u tell me ham is bacon and think I’m just ganna...
