The drive through service was horrifying to see. The staff was all over the place, they didn’t have any pastries in stock and on top of this the staff didn’t know themselves what was in stock. They kept going back and forth telling us they had specific items then going back saying they didn’t. Originally I wanted a plain cream cheese bagel and a wild berry muffin, they told us they only had blueberry muffins and raisin bagels so we settled on that. When we pulled up to the window, the lady said they had plain bagels so we switched it. A little later they said they didn’t have the blueberry muffin and only had chocolate. At this point we no longer wanted the muffin since it seems to be too much the staff to handle clearly bro bffr, and ended up just ordering the plain cream cheese bagel. When we got the bagel it was not plain nor was it cream cheese. They gave us a raise bagel with nothing in it, it was burnt and stale and especially not filling and all. Read moreSome days they give me great teas. The last two times they have been great then it was crazy again not enough sugar or milk. And then there is the thing of the coffee promises they give them out when they want to and also if you dont know about them. And if you get a new tea they wont give you a coffee promise as well. I went in one day to them making my tea with very little milk or sugar yes if you are new to working there i say nothing other then to ask them if they are new working here if so i say nothing. And went back in after a few different time before this and gave me no coffee promise so when i went in to ask about the coffee promise that time i got one because the worker new how it should have been done. And not just that i have asked them to deal with people that have drinking achocal in Tim Hortons as well as other things that when someone else asked for them to fix the same situation that should not be done they go right away and talk to them if i ask they say it is ok or we well deal with it later like...
Read moreI ordered a sandwich and ended up waiting over 30 minutes. During that time, I kept asking for updates. Each time, someone would go inside, pretend to check, and come back saying, "It’s coming."
After half an hour, one of the staff looked at me and asked why I was still waiting. I explained I was waiting for my order — only then did they realize they never had it in the system.
When they finally gave me the sandwich, it had the egg and cheese outside the croissant. I had to return it again before they got it right.
I came here with my family to relax, but this experience totally ruined our visit. We left frustrated and will likely never return to this Tim Hortons. I’ll also be advising others to avoid it.
Sadly, this isn’t the first time something like this has happened — either to me or the other customers. I’ve seen bakers handling bagels with bare hands, and hashbrowns falling out of bags as orders were handed over.
